The Persons who work for Home Furniture plumbing, heating and Electrical are always Professional. when they enter my homes. They put on booties to protect my floors. They never leave a mess and always do a great Job. I have rentals and I manage other properties. I love the maintenance plan for getting all the furnaces inspected every year. I really am so pleased with the persons they send to do the inspection work. I am pleased with the persons who come so QUICKLY when a repair is needed. and the fair pricing. As a rental property owner the properties have to pass local government inspections that occur annually. I have never failed and inspection. I’ve done business with this place for many years. It’s gone downhill for a very long time. I called with a “no heat” issue early on a weekend. I was told Brandon will call me back. I was told Brandon was currently on a service call. I waited 3 hours. No call. The next morning I received a call from a young female asking me if I still wanted to schedule service. I did not. Home whatever they’ve changed their name to no longer exists to me. I wonder where Brandon is.

Overall experience was okay. Communication on the other hand needs work. Employees need better work ethic. Left me with a pile of gravel, sand and slab of my drive way. For me to figure out how to dispose of. The billing doesn’t give me exact information on want I paid for. And the gentleman in excavator will tear up your siding and any pull down wiring hanging in back of yard. If I’m complaining oh well.
