We had central air and a furnace installed. Chris and Jackson were our installers and they did a fantastic job. They got here around 8:30 and left at 4:30 very quick very efficient very polite. We are very happy with our price and with the services we received. I highly recommend them for any air-conditioning or heating work that needs to be done good it is a good company that has been around for quite some time. We trusted them completely.

Goodberlet always gives me great, efficient service. Everyone from the technicians to office staff are always very friendly and honest with me. I purchase their service plan, every year, and they keep me on track by reaching out each spring and fall.

I needed a complete new Heating and Air Conditioning system and I decided to call back Goodberlet Home Services to checkout how they were now operating their business, since I stopped their service about 5 years ago because of lack of knowledge and certification of their staff. I was extremely impressed with both the equipment and the staff, especially Robert Petrolishy so I decided to purchase the complete new Htg/AC system including smart thermostat, air filter and humidifier. The system was installed on April 29, 2026 and was professionally installed, programmed and operational that same day. The entire system is working perfectly and is super quiet.

We recently had Rob (Petro) come out to inspect and clean the cooling system. He was proficient, friendly, and cleaned up the work site when he was finished. Prior to the service call with Rob, I had another technician called out to repair the toilet tank leak that I couldn't fix myself. I don't recall his name but he too was proficient, friendly, and cleaned up the work area before he left. Both of these technicians are keepers and I don't say this unless I was impressed with their performance. I haven't had any of your techs out here since George was here and that's been over six years now, I think. Prior to George, your technicians sent out, well I will just say that they needed more training or at least more training for the heating and cooling system I have installed. Your last two technicians sent out here, should both be commended for their conduct and performance, As they helped give me the confidence back that there are technicians out there that know what they are doing and get it done right the first time. I make all of these comments from my own experience before I retired as a industrial maintenance mechanic and E&C technician. Sincerely, Jim

Always amazing service from Goodberlet! Our furnace had stopped working on the coldest day so far this winter, and Carl came out and installed the part we needed and got us up and running so quickly, and he was super friendly! We have been using them since the 90s and we have always had great experiences.
