Hiller went above and beyond to help me yesterday. I called at 8 AM and someone was at my house by 8:45 AM. They had an entire new unit installed by 4 PM. This was not preplanned. I only talked to them for the first time that same morning. All of the guys they sent were professional and courteous, and their customer service was amazing. He took the time to go over financing and pricing and what would happen and was very informative the entire time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

John Michael is awesome! He is a professional and y'all should be so excited to have him! Robert and Zo lived having him in our home.He explained and explained things we did not think to ask Those who call him will never be sorry!! We are excited to do business with hill and Hiller Plumbing! Really excited to get our new Generac from him and Hiller!!

I needed sconces removed from my room in my apartment and then put up in a house we just bought a few miles away. Hiller sent Chase and Gabe and they were fantastic. Super prompt and professional, cheerful even! They were able to do both parts (removal and installation) in one day, no need for a second appointment. They did a wonderful job! There’s literally nothing they could do to make my customer experience better. Sometimes Hiller can be pricey, but dang, if they don’t have great people! I’m thrilled.

Their response time is great but all they want to do is sell something. They didn’t want to fix my ac unit just wanted to replace them and make a sale then charged a $200 fee when they did absolutely nothing. He was there for 5 minutes. Thank goodness we got a second opinion and it was fixed easily! If only they would take the time instead of trying to push selling something you don’t need

Don’t Even Consider This Place ! We had a unit replaced in the middle of November Was lied to from the beginning And then a different crew had to come back and redo some of the work Ended up with a thermostat that is junk has never been what we were told when receiving the estimate and to top it off was told by the local office manager they would get me whatever thermostat I wanted So yes I requested a certain one well that was a month ago we haven’t heard nothing back from him since So I had to purchase one and spend more money on something that I had already purchased Please don’t allow the sunny smiling face and the logo on their vans and etc pull you in because I can say from experience it’s just a misconception to deceive people After this review was posted I was contacted by Hiller. They seemed very interested in making the issue correct. So they did request to send someone out to install the thermostat I agreed so far so good and they also reimbursed me for the thermostat I purchased. I just really wish and was in great hopes that the entire process could have went smoother and been wrapped up a lot sooner As we all know First Impressions sum it all up 😊
