When our water heater failed after a pressure valve malfunctioned — something that could have easily caused major flooding and significant damage to our home — Cris stepped in immediately and truly went above and beyond. He worked tirelessly, staying late and putting in long hours to make sure everything was replaced properly and safely. He didn’t just “get the job done” — he made sure it was done right. His attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to quality gave us complete peace of mind during what could have been a very stressful situation. Beyond his skill and work ethic, Cris is a man of strong faith and solid character. He is a good Christian man with great morals, and it shows in the way he treats his customers — with honesty, integrity, and genuine care. Jourdan was amazing. He’s fast, thorough, and knowledgable. It didn’t take him long to find the defective part and have our HVAC back up and running. We use Hiller for all our personal HVAC, electrical, and plumbing needs. I’m a Happy Hiller! 😊😊

This company and their techs are AMAZING!! Cristopher had my hot water heater replaced in record time and it was the holidays! He was kind, trustworthy, an absolute angel. The same can be said for Eli and David and all the techs they have sent out for various different issues I’ve had as well. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat.

Terrible, terrible. Ridiculously high price, and a pushy salesman who apparently knows little about plumbing. I had a water leak where my water line enters my house, about 18 inches below the soil line. They sent two guys to look at it, and they said it would be $2,000-$3,000 just to get their "special digging equipment" to the jobsite, and then the repair would be an extra cost. They would not commit to a firm price, but wanted me to authorize $3,000 before they would do anything . They must think their customers over 60 are really stupid. I sent them on their way. The salesman's assistant apologized to me when they were leaving, saying he was shocked how high their bids were. I hired a local plumbing company in Ooltewah, who completed the repair job for less than $500. His "special digging equipment" was a hand shovel, and digging the hole took about 15 minutes.

Mini split installation resulted in insulation that was disturbed and not replaced. The drain line was not connected properly causing a water stain on the ceiling below. The repair tech sent to fix the leak only wanted to fix it and not deal with any of the insulation problems, including removing the wet insulation, and did nothing for the damaged ceiling. He did remove about 9 linear feet of wet insulation after I insisted he do so, but did not replace any. Perhaps they will follow up with additional repairs, but have not informed me of that yet. If they don't, I will follow up and force the repairs, but I shouldn't have to. I'm not changing my rating yet, but I have been contacted by two representatives that have pledged to fix all problems. They originally schedule Monday, which shifted to Tuesday due to my schedule. I will update after that occurs.

Hiller is an exceptional company to work with. The latest tech, Tito, worked us in on an extremely busy day when our air unit decided to quit on us. He was professional and very thorough, made sure everything was in working order before leaving. I have never had to use Hiller for HVAC, only plumbing and electrical..guess what? They have my business for life! Excellent company and exceptional technicians. Thank you Hiller for another outstanding job well done. Update 4/27/26: Chris Hancock came out today to change/fix the laundry bibs and check the regulator, and he did an awesome job! He was very prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough! Hiller does another fantastic job and has THE BEST technicians ever! You can always put your trust in the hands of Hiller!!

my son had issues replacing the water pressure regulator under the house, so we called Hiller Plumbing and a very sweet lady at dispatch sent out Chris Neibert, who was an absolute lifesaver! although it was a saturday afternoon, there was no extra service charge for a visit. he arrived early, he was very polite and professional, and he already had all the extra parts and fittings we needed in the truck. having someone like Chris helped to put our minds at ease and really made me impressed with the company, although we had not ever done any business with them before. the prices were pretty reasonable and I am glad to have a business like this with nice professionals to help with our extra home maintenance needs!

Lost partial power to my home. Was unsure of what root cause was. I called Hiller after hours and within 1 hour, Bryce was dispatched to my home. He completed a full assessment and determined EPB needed to be involved. Once they arrived, it was determined a large tree branch that had fallen on the line to the house had partially disconnected the line. EPB made the necessary repairs and removed the dead branch that caused the issue. Bryce was onsite for over three hours and remained professional and patient the entire time. His explanations were precise and thorough. He didn’t attempt to push unnecessary services on us and only offered what he thought would be most beneficial.

We have tried for about a month to get an electrician to come out and do the work we needed done ... other companies would say they were coming out but never show up or rescedule three times in a row ... Bryce (with Hiller) was very professional on time and actually showed up on the day they said he would... Bryce was here for an estimate but to be honest we were just Happy that Hiller sent a rep when they said they would... we signed up for Hiller's maintenance program and feel confident that we made the right choice ... thanks Bryce great job

Chris K. Was the tech who came out for a hot water heater leak. It wasn’t fixed the first time but he was back out the next day. I had to call again a few days later after I noticed a new issue which was the pressure valve has a small drip. He quoted me the price to get it fixed. I love being able to get my quotes quick and know what to expect. He explained everything very well and gave me much need reassurance!

Hiller Plumbing provided outstanding service to repair an issue with a sewer pump they installed which was under warranty. They originally installed the pump 1 year ago, but there were some issues with the pipes and the pump since the installation. They stood by the warranty and made it right. They were friendly, efficient and professional. I really appreciate everyone who came out to service my sewer pump.

David was awesome! Extremely thorough in his inspection and evaluation of all the plumbing systems. Took the time to explain to me what was in good shape and what needed to be addressed in the near future. Made recommendations without any pressure. I had 3 Hiller technicians visit today, plumbing, HVAC & Electrical. It was very convenient to have all in one company. Very happy with my choice.

Larry was so efficient and fast. He did a speedy fix and was very sweet. He helped me locate my breaker box and fixed my breaker along with the dryer outlet. He even set up my dryer and made sure it worked before he left! I will definitely be using Miller in the future due to Larry! Also to mention that I booked this service at midnight last night for 8am and he was here and ready to go!

The 2 technicians that came out to my home were courteous, professional and friendly. They checked everything that needed to be checked and did the work that I had requested when I made the appointment. They also found something that needs to be fixed and I am going to set up an appointment to get that taken care of. So Happy I found Hiller. Would recommend them to everyone.

Cris Neibert with Hiller Plumbing, did an outstanding job handling a difficult plumbing issue. Others had tried to make repairs but were unsuccessful. Cris was very knowledgeable, thorough and courteous, keeping us informed throughout the lengthy process. He was respectful and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone facing plumbing problems!!
