“Richard thoroughness, he discovered we also had a gas leak. He did all the needed repairs and even stayed until the gas company came to do what they needed to do on their part for the repair. Very thorough on his cleanup and very thorough on explaining what he did.”

Instead two technicians arrived, I gave them the broken ignitor and they pulled a new one from their truck. 10 minutes later it was installed then I was given their invoice. $453.00 to install a $35 dollar part. “I had called HJacks to snake the drain in the kitchen and bathroom of my rental property. I had them replace my furnace at my primary residence a year prior so I thought they would be reasonable and trustworthy. The job is very simple.
