I found a leak at midnight and left a message with the company and they called me first thing in the morning to help me. Ceasar was great!! First he was so friendly and super flexible with scheduling my service time. When he got to my house, he walked in and immediately knew what the problem was as soon as I showed him my water leak. He had all the supplies, fixed everything quickly and checked it thoroughly to make sure there were no more leaks. This is the second time I’ve worked with this company and both times they’ve been fantastic!

The technicians on our job were Ceasar and Mike. We had worked with Ceasar on a previous job. His professionalism was the reason we came back to GSP for help. Both he and Mike were great to work with. Quickly fixed the problem, cleaned after job and explained everything they found. We will not hesitate to work with GSP again.

Do not book this company! I repeat do not book service with this company. I had the most terrible experience with them. Other than responding and setting an appointment quickly and showing up on time there is nothing good to report back. The plumber was here less than 15 minutes and charged me $175 dollars. I was in complete shock as they never once communicated this with me and an amount was not listed on their website. (I learned a very valuable lesson. I will always ask up front in the future.) So it gets worse. I never received a follow-up like promised. I had to call them to get my estimate. The estimate came in around $1,325. This amount was on top off the fee of 175 dollars. I felt sick about this amount. So, I did a little research and after pricing materials on my own it came in around 150.00. Please find another company!!

Russ and Pat were great. They replaced my hot water heater faster than I expected and did a really good job. There was no problems at all. They left the job site-my basement as clean as it was before they started, no trash was left behind for me to clean up. Highly recommend AAA+++ Thanks again for a great job.
