Matt came recommended to us by our son-in-law whose grandparents paid an astronomical price for a service that once investigated by Matt , was mostly temporary fixes at an inflated price. Matt worked with his elderly grandparents and repaired and replaced it permanently for a fraction of the cost. We decided to do a bathroom remodel in our older home and were shocked at the 100k price tag. My wife, via TikTok, YouTube and other platforms decided she could do it at a fraction of the price. Until we met the plumbing issues. Enter Frontline and its owner Matt. Matt cane by at a moments notice to discover the problems and immediately cane up with cost-effective solutions and gave a quote that we couldn’t refuse. I might also add my wife “added” a few more things out of his comfort zone-an electrical add on. Instead of subbing it out, he added it in (he can do it, just not a preference of his) at minimal cost. That’s great business folks. He came as scheduled and promised and delivered phenomenal work. So much so, a friend, about to do a new residential build, saw the work, and immediately asked for his card not even knowing the value we were given. Just based upon his promise to come when agreed (it was during the ice storm) and doing high-quality work. Now my wife can continue on with her project. Folks there are far too many scammers out there. Matt is not one of them. Great work at a great price. We look forward to him coming out this summer to add a pool heater and run the gas lines to it on our 26,000 gallon pool. I trust this company 100 percent. I recommend them double that. Dr. C

DON’TWALK, RUN TO THE BEST PLUMBER IN THE WHOLE DAMN UPSTATE!! Matt is an absolute God send! First off, this gentleman is respectful, kind, teaches you in real time, is on time, keeps his word, & doesn’t try to take advantage of you. It’s been 1 month and 2 days since he’s done a major repair to an improper “T” in my plumbing under my concrete slab & I haven’t heard a peep from my tenants! 🥳 This man not only came out to help me review the root cause of my issue once but TWO times without completely ripping my soul out of my wallet. I got a quote from Matthew a little bit ago and it was definitely reasonably priced. I did have to put him off for a little while having other work done at my house having been only here for two and a half months but he was patient and he did a great job. It's amazing. He definitely cares about how his work looks and works and will give you some great advice if you're open. This is the guy you want to call. Don't bother making those other calls and waste your time. He's doing my water heater next changing it to a tankless. Don't mind my garage that's my next project but these items need to be done first and get them off the floor.

Couldn’t recommend Matthew and his company more! We first called him to install a new water heater - his pricing and work was unbeatable so when we got a leak from our shower he was our first call. We had a water heater at one of our rentals give out after 17 years. It was due for a replacement but it decided to give out at 9 PM. Matthew was amazing and was able to get out there to isolate the problem to stop the water from flooding out and replaced the water heater the next day! He was very clear with his communication on what needed to be done. We appreciated how prompt he was as well! We will definitely have him as our main point of contact for all our plumbing needs.

We deeply appreciate Matthew making the long trip from Taylor's to the east side of Spartanburg to repair our main water line when no local companies wood take the call. He gave up his Saturday evening with his family to make this call. We are very pleased with the work he did, little pricey, but what would you expect on a Saturday evening.
