Derek and his team came highly recommended from a neighbor when we had an emergency situation with our hot water heater. They did not disappoint. They came out as soon as they could and replaced our water heater within the same day. They took their time to explain everything to us and we're extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and trustworthy. We will definitely be using them for all our future plumbing needs and recommending them to family and friends.

We have Plumbing Heros ph # saved on our favorites list for service companies. They have helped us on multiple occassions. We've never had to wait long for service & found them to be reliable, professional, polite & respectful. They replaced our hot water heater & fixed the poor job the previous installer had done. When a toilet needed replacing, they suggested a new taller version, which was a great aid after knee replacement surgery. When I asked them to install my new washer & dryer, they also replaced all the old rusted and leaking wall connections. I give them my highest recommendation. You can trust their service.

Plumbing Hero’s installed a tankless water heater in my home about a year ago. It has been running perfect following a minor adjustment (see below for details). This included demo of an existing tank system. Additionally, they managed a gas line install for a future fireplace as well as a gas grill direct natural gas line. They were clear on the install process, took addition measures to insulate existing water lines and managed the permit process for me as well. Effectively a full wrap home improvement. The quality of work is excellent. Following the install, there was a flameout issue with the water heater that was NOT caused by their work, the manufacturer poorly advertised it’s capabilities to run without a regulator. They took my call at late hours and came to the home a couple times for multiple hrs to troubleshoot over the next couple days. Ultimately they resolved the issue with direct engagement with the OEM of the heater. I have recommend them several times to friends and colleagues and I do not do this lightly. I value quality, if you want someone who cares for their work and doesn’t leave you with buyers remorse, and issues later, give them a call.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about the team at Plumbing Heroes. Derrick was incredibly responsive from the start. Jean was extremely knowledgeable, genuinely funny, and a pleasure to work with. Jordan brought great energy and professionalism and was just an all around great guy. My kitchen sink had backed up after years of use, and they got me scheduled for the very next morning. Jean and Jordan showed up on time, with a great attitude, and were kind, respectful, and professional throughout the entire visit. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, the cost was very reasonable, and there was absolutely no upselling. Derek, Jean & Jonathan were thorough & trustworthy. They came highly recommended & were great with communication. Jean and Jordan were very pleasant to work with. They provided a reasonable estimate after explaining how they would install my 2 new outside faucets. They answered all my questions and showed me the products they would use. On the day of installation, they arrived on time and began working. They work well together and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. I am pleased to have had them as my "plumbing heroes" and would wholeheartedly recommend them!

Plumbing Heroes installed all new fixtures in our bathroom-shower-vanity and toilet. Replumbed entire house with pex piping and all new drains for bathroom and kitchen. These guys did a bathtub to walk in shower remodel for us! Fantastic work ethic and quality work, including installing had rails so my elderly mother can use it safely. They were truly plumbing hero’s because they ran into and fixed some plumbing shortcuts the builder had done!! Highly recommend!!!
