Kamran was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We just purchased an older home and inherited some drainage issues. He took care of the problem areas and gave me some great pointers to prevent issues cropping up in the future.

Writing this review before Kamran has had a chance to fully pack up and leave! He was absolutely incredible to work with, he showed me exactly what was wrong with our plumbing previously and was very upfront about anything and everything. Price was half of what other estimates came in at and he was able to do everything same day. Kamran absolutely earned a long term customer and will be recommending Five Star to anyone in the area.

I called Five Star Plumbing and Heating Friday afternoon and Kamran came out the following Monday. He gave me a window of time that he would be there and showed up not only on time during that window, but spot on at the start of it. He came in, checked the drains we were concerned about, and helped us clear them. Kamran also recommended some items to us on Amazon that will help us prevent the issue going forward. He cleaned up after himself and gave us what I consider a reasonable price for the work. Overall, a very good experience and we'll be reaching out to Five Star Plumbing and Heating for any other issues we have in the future.

Five star plumbing came to our home not to long ago , as we needed to move our wash room from one side of the house to another. Five star come in installed new gas line , hot and cold water line , vent , closed up the old vent , new wash tub , closed the old drain and pipes , installed everything in 3 days .... Most recently five star answered our call on fathers day for our blown hot wanted tank , they came the next day got a new tank , permit , hot and cold.shut off lines removed the old one and installed in 5 hours the service is fantastic , pricing is very reasonable and they did a wonderful job ... Thank you five star plumbing you will be our life.long plumber !! Update to more work done in February 2018 Cant say enough about five star plumbing again !!! Had the owner out again for a job to be done in my bathroom. To make a long story short I have an old 60s house and couldn't get off the push button for the shower as it was leaking. The owner came out evaluated the problem we were having along with bathroom shut offs that didn't operate correctly. Was back a few days later and found the part that we needed replaced both the cold water and hot water shut off in addition to putting in a new shut off for main water line and the whole housing unit for our shower faucet and water spout in the tub it was a two-day job he was in and out and done and the price was amazing he will be a lifelong plumber for us if you're considering Plumbing, repairs, emergency or anything of that nature definitely give Five Star Plumbing a call there A plus in my book

I was looking for a plumbing company that would come and help fix my leak under my kitchen sink and bathroom sink. I called a plumber I used before and I never got a return call, and I don't believe in chasing anyone to make money. So, I called another plumbing company and he never called me back. Finally I came across this companies Google reviews with 5 star ratings, and now I see why. They answered the same day and I had an appointment the same day. The owner was very friendly on the phone and asked me if I preferred today or tomorrow. I wanted it to be fixed today and he told me someone would be there around 5 or 6 p.m. I got a text also letting me know that they would be arriving. He was on time, courteous, and friendly. He also went above and beyond driving to Cleveland because the company only services areas out in Parma and other areas. I was truly grateful for that. I decided to have him work on my kitchen sink only. The owner came in accessed the problem fixed it no more leaks. Thank you for showing up and helping us your service was truly appreciated and I would highly recommend this company. They are a bit pricey, but my problem was fixed and all it took was one phone call. Thank you again.

Five Star Plumbing truly lives up to the name! I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours, Kamran was on time & extremely pleasant to work with. This was also one of the few plumbers that was willing to give a free quote. His pricing was extremely fair & he charged about half of what I was quoted from other companies. So if you want honest, fair & reliable - call Kamran. Editing to add - Unfortunately I had another plumbing issue (unrelated to our last repair....being a home owner is so fun) & Kamran was there to save the day. He had me scheduled within 24 hours & the problem serviced/repaired within 48 hours. Did I mention how reasonable his pricing is, too? He works quickly & efficiently & even cleans up too! And this may be a small detail that others don't care about, but when I texted him about my issue, he remembered who I was and referred to me by name. Just that little personal touch goes a long way. Forever a customer.

Five Star Plumbing and Heating has provided us with fantastic service since we have moved to the area. Same day service, EVEN ON A SATURDAY! They always take the time to explain exactly what is going on and provide all options that are available to you. More than fair pricing and a company that knows how to make a customer feel valued. Cannot ask anymore of them. It has been great to find a company that provides dependable and honest work. Would recommend to anyone!!!!! Update: Most recently, we needed to have a new water heater installed. We knew just who to call. Kamran and his team did a fantastic job on the install and displayed a high level of service and professionalism. He even installed a second shut off valve to ensure my vertically challenged girlfriend would have access! Can't say enough about Five Stars!!! We are very fortunate to have such great service so close by!

I saw excellent reviews on google search result for a plumber near my home in North Royalton, but I was not so sure; nevertheless, Mr. Kamran responded after I called for a service. WOW, he deserved nothing less than a 5-star rating! Mr. Kamran came to my house twice and spent nearly 6 hours to fix the leaky/drippy jacuzzi faucets. As an engineer myself, I tried twice to replace the defective cartridge without success. It was an extremely difficult job and I commended the attitude of Mr. Kamran - only a satisfied customer is a happy customer. Obviously a happy customer is a returning customer in the future. He also recommended adding a switch valve in the pipe entering my house from ground in my basement. Again, an excellent suggestion and job. The fees are very reasonable, for the amount of time and care he puts into the work. Thank you, Mr. Kamran.

Needed a hand finishing a bathroom faucet install. I've done a handful of these before, but the sink I was working on today was too narrow to fit the basin wrench - plus the nuts were mostly corroded completely through. After a couple hours of tinkering, I gave up and called Kamran at about 11 in the morning, he showed up at 2 and gave a very fair quote. I don't think he was expecting as long of a job - he ended up having to saw through the double-plated 1950s era faucet with a Dremel - hours of work more than was anticipated on the quote. I'm not going to say the price I was quoted on here, but he stuck to it despite the enormous amount of extra work required. I would highly recommend this company. Extremely polite, professional, and thorough.

All around awesome customer service!!! I received the time frame of 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM for Five Star to come out to me. At 5:00, I got a reminder call from a very professional and energetic young lady to let me know they were out to the house soon. She was great to talk to when most people would be winding down from a work day -- she was very peppy! Soon after the call, Kamran came to the house. He was very professional and polite, examined the issue, gave me a price quote, and then completed the project in great time!! He was very thorough, detail-oriented, and walked me through everything he was going to do. I am so glad to say that we have our "go-to plumber" now thanks to Five Star Plumbing and Heating!! How long have you been looking for an honest plumber? After years of getting ripped off and getting the run-around from so-called experts in this field, I have finally found a plumber that I am proud to recommend who is both honest and proficient. Kamran of Five Star Plumbing and Heating has treated my family with respect and honesty. He will go above and beyond to earn your trust and your future business. After 3 separate jobs, 2 of which were an emergency - 1 at my rental, and 1 at my home, I can honestly say that I was 100% satisfied with the work performed, and I NEVER felt like I was getting ripped off, even though my plumbing issues were urgent. If you have a problem with your plumbing, Kamran WILL solve it.

2024, I haven't talked to Kamran in like 2 years. It makes me sad because he's such a great guy, but he's so good at his job we don't even need to call him. He was our plumber for years at our old house too. I just thought this would be a fairly powerful review. Quality is everything, "value" is all perception. =================2022 review below============== We have been using Kamran for several years now for both emergency repairs and planned upgrades. He is on time, fairly priced, and honest. I wish all other contractors were like Kamran, because I would trust this man with the keys to my house. If you want to save time and money while actually getting the problems fixed, call Kamran.

Kamran was very professional and quick. I called yesterday evening and he came this morning and fixed our kitchen sink which had been backed up and leaking. He fixed the clog, replaced the old piping and provided a better flow for water, and gave advice for future upgrades to the plumbing when the time comes. He also generously gave me a military discount because I am in the Coast Guard, and that wasn't even something I asked for, it just came up in conversation when he asked how old it was and I said I didn't know because I moved here on orders last summer after being stationed in Washington D.C. previously. I highly recommend and will call 5 star again for any plumbing needs.

Kamran from Five Star Plumbing and Heating came to our house with the issue we had with a water heater. He arrived on time and was very professional and patient. He installed our water heater within a few hours. He went beyond the call of duty to make sure we were happy with the job. We were so impressed with his service to our water heater that we called Five Star Plumbing and Heating with our second issue involving our toilet. The toilet was leaking water. Kamran was able to detect the issue and was able to fix it quickly. We would highly recommend Five Star Plumbing and Heating to anyone having any plumbing issues as they are very reliable and reasonable in price.
