I called Eric and he came out the next day. He was very prompt, did the work quickly and his pricing was extremely reasonable. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to everyone.

Eric responded quickly, communicated clearly and did what he said he was going to do. He gave me an estimate and there was a problem with what he thought was going to happen and there were complications, and the increase in his pricing is extremely reasonable. Personable and easy to work with ! I highly recommend him and would definitely refer him to my friends and would definitely hite him again!

The word Express doesn't even touch what Eric did for me. We have been dealing with a leaky shower for almost 2 months, went through several plumbers with our warranty company. I was done! I reached out yesterday afternoon to Eric, and he immediately answered his phone and said he would see what he could do to fit me in the next day. Well, today comes, and he calls me this morning, and he is there in 5 minutes. After looking at the mess we had, he gave me my options, then kept working until it was fixed. In and out in less than an hour, the leaky shower is fixed, I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg for the repair. He is my go to plumber now. He did whatever he had to do to fit us in, and get it fixed. These days, that just isn't standard. He went above standard. Thanks Eric for being such a great business man, and knowing what's important. A customer's time, a customer's problem, and a customer's money! I cannot recommend Eric highly enough! As a local investor, his expertise in handling plumbing issues has been an absolute lifesaver for us time and time again. Awesome! Sent Eric a text & he replied shortly after. I needed help for my elderly Mother in Ooltewah. Not an emergency but he treated it as such. He went above & beyond & had her all taken care of in about an hour & a half from my initial contact with Express Plumbing. UNHEARD OF THESE DAYS!! I am so appreciative of his swift response. My mom is happy & can't wait to give her friends & neighbors his card. He will be our go to plumber from now on. UPDATE: Today 3/28/24 a few monthas after my initial review I had to call Eric for an "emergency" job for my mom. Express is not a fast enough name for this guy. He brought out a new toilet, drained & disposed of the old one installed the new toilet... plus we had a great conversation. Time from my call until he drove out of the driveway....maybe 2 hrs & that includes travel time! Who does that these days? This guy that's who. Seriously not worth calling anybody else.

Eric and Express Plumbing are my go-to plumbers/septic/pipe fitting gurus. I met Eric at a service call late on a Friday night and he was the only plumber willing to come out to a tenant-occupied property and get the job done that night. He doesn’t beat around the bush - he quickly and accurately diagnoses an issue and gets right to work to make it right. As a home inspector, I can call Eric when I run across something goofy in the field and he educates me on the spot, and I know when I refer him to my customers they are in the best hands - and I know that because they provide positive feedback and express appreciation that I put them in touch with Eric. Eric knows his trade and is my first and only call when I need plumbing service. He’s worked on my personal home and several rental properties of mine, and I trust him fully.

Eric was literally an answered prayer! Our grinder pump wasn’t working and sewage was beginning to back-up in our outdoor system. After several plumbers simply opened the cover and pushed a button on the panel before quoting me $2,400-$5,200 to replace the pump, Eric was available to come within minutes after my call and actually took the time to diagnose the problem, which only ended up being the equipment built up with grease and causing the system to not properly work. He not only saved us THOUSANDS of dollars, but he also saved us from replacing our very high-end system with a much less quality pump the others were trying to sell us. He will be my first call in the future!

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Eric from Express Plumbing! We own an older home and had two old facets and a leaky toilet we've put off getting fixed and/or replaced. Eric was quick to respond to our call and listened to our problem. Upon inspection, he identified the issues with great precision and offered us a few possible solutions. We now have two brand NEW faucets and a flawlessly working toilet in the bathroom and they were done in less than a day! We won't be looking for another plumbing service anytime for the foreseeable future. Express plumbing gets the easiest 5 stars we've ever given.

Eric was awesome he literally came out the day after I called for their help to get a backflow test that was required by savannah valley. I came to find out I didn't need a backflow because Eric looked at the house and pool, showed me pictures of the backflow device and gave me reasons someone would need one. The only reason I was even told to do a backflow test was because Savannah valley thought I had cattle, which I do not have. But I was finally able to deal with this problem with Savannah valley before they shut my water off and fined me. Thank you Eric

Express Plumbing is the way to go! I called several people and they are not cheap and do poor work. Three different plumbers I had out before Eric and none of them could find the issue and repair it. As soon as I called Eric, he was able to come out quickly, find the repair, resolve it, and was very well priced for it! He is very personable too and even remembers me by name. Fun guy to talk to while being professional and knowing what he is talking about. Would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber, you won't be dissappointed!

I had an outdoor faucet leak that I felt like was definitely adding to my waterbill. I actually called Express Plumbing in error thinking I was calling another company but after Eric showed up in a MOST timely manner, fixed my issue with UTMOST efficiency and we realized that I had called a different company than I thought, I can’t help thinking it was a God Thing. Eric is a VERY kind young man, pricing is VERY good and I would HIGHLY recommend Eric and his company Express Plumbing!!

If you want a plumber that responds promptly, shows up on time, does outstanding work and all at reasonable rates, then I highly recommend Eric at Express Plumbing. He showed up quickly to assist us with a plumbing issue, even though it was late Friday afternoon. He figured out what the issue was and didn't hesitate to get his hands dirty. Ok. Worst day of Xmas shopping ever dealing with all the masses out, then come home to my toilets and showers backing up. Made calls the next morning to see if I could get someone out ASAP! Called 2-3 people and couldn’t get same day service. Read the reviews and decided to call Express Plumbing and the reviews were legit. Came out in a few hours, explained what they were doing the whole way and got me fixed up in less than an hour!!! Great and prompt professional service!!
