Came out quickly and fixed the issue, would definitely recommend
Guys came out day after Christmas and got us back up and running. They know plumbing and get right to the problem. Thanks again to Seth and K for your service. We will use you guys again in the future
Emergency Plumbing assisted with faucet installations on three upstairs bathrooms and provided same day service. Ben and Chris were clean, efficient and very nice. The installs look great. Thanks so much. SO, we needed Emergency Plumbing Heating & Air again! We had a busted water line that was leaking into our basement - all while a significant family health crisis was occurring. Sean and Jacob helped out on the HVAC disconnection, moving the unit, and reconnecting after the plumbing work was done and they patched a leak we weren't aware of! Thank you both! On the excavation and plumbing side, Rob, Michael and Jonathan were wonderful. They had to bring in an excavator and dig 4 feet down next to our home to get to the problem pipe and did so with as minimal damage as possible to the beds they had to work in, once excavated, the plumbing work was done quickly and they patched up the side of the home where the pipe enters much better than it was before they worked on it. This was scheduled around and during our having to be out of town and all was done in a super timely schedule. Everyone who was assisted was super nice and professional. They did a great job and I am sorry it took a bit to get a review out; but we really appreciate the help you provided. Have a great HOLIDAY! Thank you all.
I would be giving 0 stars. I was told last week that i would be getting a call back but nothing. I politely left 3 VM's in the past 2 weeks and still no call back. I don't mind if someone can't do a job, but at least a courtesy call saying they can't do the job would be nice. I really liked their work in the past, not sure what happened here, but it's not acceptable. Will no longer be recommending them.
--UPDATE 5/12/2026-- Business responded and while I appreciate them stating they'll take the feedback to make operational changes, their reasoning for the excessively priced quote is inaccurate and misleading, using fluff words and blanket compliance statements that any reputable plumber would have baked into their quote. I had 3 other, reputable, large firm plumbing companies quote after. All were at least 60% lower than this company's quote and all provided far better experiences including the one I ultimately hired. Ultimately, I stand behind my review even after their reply. --ORIGINAL REVIEW-- Attempted to get a quote to upgrade a 1/2in hose bib to 3/4in which required a very simple 2x2ft wall square cut out and 3ft of cpvc ran down a wall that is exposed + adding a single ball valve for a water meter install. They quoted me $1700 for this work which is likely 90min or less of work for a competent plumber. This is an absolutely outrageous quote for this work and when I pushed back on it, their estimator didn't seem to care at all if they achieved my business or not. Very bad first experience with this company and I'll be finding a different plumber.
Apex Pros (the pros that blows) came out to "clear my sewer line." They failed miserably. I suspect they didn't try. The technician "couldn't get the auger into the pipe." They were pushing a huge repair project saying the pipe could be collapsed. I told them I would like a second opinion and all of a sudden the technician was able to get enough augering done to let water flow. APEX quit at that point and left without saying a word. Despite their ineptitude I was forced to pay an outrageous fee for their failure. Fortunately I called Emergency Plumbing Heating and Air for a second opinion. I informed them of the situation and they went about their work. Jimmy Davis and Kobe Gurley were outstanding. They immediately found the partial blockage APEX left intact. The cleared it with their auger out to 56 feet without any problems that couldn't be fixed with elbow grease and professionalism. They fixed the problem and recommended a further course of action which would be accomplished the very next day weather-permitting. On their second visit, Cory Wilson and, again, Coby Gurley, came out in freezing temps and jetted the whole line out to the sewer tap. Outstanding job. On both days, the Emergency Plumbing Heating & Air crews were professional, personable, informative and let me know each step along the way what was going on. If there was a need to change pricing for extra service, I was told upfront and not pressured into making a decision. I know this is a long review, but these guys did a great job!!!!! If you need sewer line work, don't call Apex -- the Pros that Blows. Call EMERGENCY PLUMBING HEATING & AIR first.
I previously had positive experiences with Emergency Plumbing Heating & Air, but my most recent interaction was disappointing enough that I will not be using their services again. I was told my water heater was damaged (due to a supposed pinhole leak) and needed to be replaced after only a brief inspection. The technician did not remove the front panel or verify that the unit was actually leaking. Instead, I was quoted for a full replacement based purely on assumption. Because the water heater was still under warranty, I contacted a company that services and installs Bradford White units for a second opinion. Their technician identified the issue within minutes: the leak was not from the water heater at all, but from the neighboring furnace condensate trap. He removed the water heater’s front panel, inspected the unit thoroughly, and confirmed the pan was completely dry with no signs of any past or present leaks. Emergency Plumbing Heating & Air charged me $97 for an assessment that was both incorrect and misleading. I was nearly persuaded to replace a water heater that did not need to be replaced. Honesty and proper inspection should be the minimum standard in this industry, and this experience fell far short. I’m grateful I got a second opinion, but I should not have needed one to receive an accurate diagnosis.
10pm at night, we discovered our main sewer line had clogged and started backing up into our basement. Thankfully, we caught it immediately and limited it to only a small puddle. I Googled for an emergency plumber and to be honest... Emergency Plumbing Heating & Air was not at the top of the list, therefore not my first choice. However, they were the first to answer the phone for being a 24/7 service. Seth had appeared at our door within an hour of speaking to someone and was very quick to diagnose and quote a cost. Within another hour, the clog had been cleared and everything was back to normal. Seth was very professional in explaining everything as he was working, and given the late hour, his efforts were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Emergency Plumbing Heating & Air as a first choice for any emergency needs. I know who I will NOT be calling next time as the first 24/7 service didn't return my call until 8am the following morning. Thank you! and thank you Seth!!
An okay company to use, but we weren’t impressed with the service and were charged a lot of money. We actually ended up having a portion of the bill refunded because the technician sat outside our home for three hours and racked up the charges to milk the bill. Not to mention, they never return calls when you do business with them. They literally left items at my house that took them almost two weeks to pick up. Thank God nobody stole them from the neighborhood. To update my review a year later: I attempted to inquire about some in-home repairs. The lady didn’t understand what I needed done, as she doesn’t speak English very well. I said no thanks and wasn’t interested in their awful pricing, so I went with someone else. All they do is harass you and call constantly. It’s not even 8 AM, and I’m getting phone calls asking if I want to follow through, even though I’ve made it very clear that I’m doing business with someone else.
I have had this company out twice. I love them. Good service, good communication, they educated me. All of which I appreciated so so very much. The guys were great that came out to check on the sump pump, and my pipe. Seth and Jacob. I felt comfortable talking to them and they were easy to understand. Very knowledgeable. Kudos. Good group. I also had Chris out to work on my air conditioner, he checked things out thoroughly, he also educated me on my thermostat and my air conditioning and venting system. Both sets did an awesome job. I appreciated their patience and time with me. They all came in and did their job. I was so greatful, amazed and pleased by them. They all knew their stuff. Great job. Awesome employees. Very personable.
I had a great experience with the Emergency Plumbing, Heating & Air company. They were able to come out the same day when my heating wasn’t working, which was a big relief for us, especially being with elders and kids. The technician Shawn was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain us what was wrong with the furnace. He checked everything and fix the furnace and the blower issue and was able to get the heating working again. We couldn’t thank him enough. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Their pricing was reasonable for the quality of service. I highly appreciated it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing fast, reliable, and fairly priced heating service.Way To Go!
OMG. Just had another amazing experience with Emergency Plumbing. Per usual, employees Luis and Jacob were pleasant and personable. I felt guilty asking them to assist with a simple faucet cartridge change. Well, it wasn't so simple! After alot of wrangling, I was ready to give up and thank them for their help. But not Luis! He kept at it. I could see him problem solving. He even used a tool he had to dig deep in his truck to find. It was EXACTLY what he needed. Then, with perseverance, gentle strength and a little WD-40, SUCCESS! Amazing. Thank goodness for Jacob's flexibility to fine tune the job. I'll be a customer forever, and won't wait so long to call next time.
We had this company come out and work on our malfunctioning pool heater (heat pump). As it turns out, mice had chewed some wires over the winter and they had it up and running in less than an hour with an invoice for less than $100! Tim Hess was our technician and he was great! He was personable and knowledgable. In conversation, a completely separate plumbing issue came up, unrelated to the original call. Rather than moving on with his day as most would, he went above and beyond to check out the issue and take measurements to provide an estimate for us. 100% recommend this company and Tim was great!
Family friend referred me when my heat was broken and my pipes were frozen. Brody, the plumbing expert, reassured me that my pex pipes wouldn’t burst and that it would be safe to wait for Tim, the HVAC expert, to come from another job. He saved me the trouble of opening the walls to find the frozen pipe. Tim was able to get the furnace running better than when it went out, which quickly unfroze the pipes. All around excellent professional service and thank you to Doug and Owie for getting everything scheduled so quick. I will definitely be using these guys again.
I had had multiple jobs that needed done 5 days after closing on my home and a dishwasher problem from a Home Depot dishwasher “installation” gone wrong. One call did it all! I called and was able to schedule an appointment next day. Rob and Corey came out. They were on time, wore shoe covers, were uniformed, polite, professional, personable and got 4 sinks, 1 toilet, 1 shower and 1 dishwasher all fixed in one day. THEY WERE GREAT!! Will recommend their service to anyone needing fast fixes done by friendly faces!! Thanks so much for such a great experience!!!
