“We called because there was water pouring out around a ceiling light figure, and we suspected the bathtub above was the issue. Two techs arrived 20 minutes after we called! They ruled out a plumbing issue, and It turned out to be a leak in our roof- not the bathroom above after all. Really appreciated the quick response and professionalism of both front office and plumbers!”
