Wyatt was amazing to deal with. We had no idea what to expect and were silently worried about the cost of our electrical issue. Wyatt put us at ease. He quickly assessed and then explained what was wrong. There was no up selling, just here are your options . He talked each option over with us and was patient and understanding through the entire process. We decided to sign up for the yearly service knowing that we need more work done. Wyatt was friendly and down to earth. Made us feel at ease and like we could trust him. He completed the job on the spot with quickness and efficacy. He was clean around his work space, polite and best yet resolved our issue. Highly recommend (and Im a hard judge of these types of issues). Thank you Wyatt!

Elijah was great. Came in and got the job done in about 2 hours. Didn’t push anything additional and let me make a call. There was expected, but minimal removal of a current DIY project and I won’t have to do much to fix and be back on track. Elijah also tested and cleaned up before leaving which was better than how it looked when he got there. I would def recommend ECO and call them again if I have an issue

Phillip and the three other crew members are awesome!! They worked every minute and were so personable and respectful of our property and wanting our yard to look as good as possible after having the underground drainage system replaced! They will return in a few days to finish up some loose ends. They gave 110% and I am so impressed with them, their work ethic, and the end result of this project. Very happy and satisfied!! Would also like to recognize Kevin Walters and Ryan Montgomery. Also thanks to Jordan and Evin who handled installing a new water heater! Thumbs up to them all!

Booked a simple drain cleaning yesterday around 2 p.m. Was notified that they couldn't meet a FOUR HOUR WINDOW as they scheduled at that time. Was given a sob story about some people might have backed up sewage, so for some reason they could not hone their commitment. The rebooked a second four hour window, but when pressed couldn't even promise to honor that commitment. I called another plumber (Tom Drexler) who showed up just a little past noon and fixed my problem. It appears the widespread "emergency" plumbing need didn't impact scheduling for other plumbers. I won't waste my time calling these guys again, it seemed like they just wanted to book my business with no intention of honoring their commitment. I wasn't going to risk this on a Friday.

Even though they were hours late and yes, really messed up my day schedule wise- the tech that came was great ! Kevin W was my technician (which he didn’t exist as one of the options to leave feedback about) but he was very thorough. Listened to all our concerns, and ran 100’ snake from an outdoor Cleanout to the road. I had preferred the snake to be ran from my inside cleanout due to what was happening in my interior plumbing, but the exterior was easier access and less messy, I guess. And he did get the large blob with some roots in it out of the main. My understanding was the $93 special included it being cameraed which it wasn’t. I asked if they would clean it out from two locations -which would be pulling the toilet in the furthest bathroom where the original problem was. And it was going to be more than $500 To pull the toilet and run a basic snake/no rotator/cutting. I think that amount is crazy especially since the hours late arrival cost me a few hundred dollars in other domino effect scheduling problems where I was supposed to meet someone an hour away and I couldn’t make while waiting for this appointment -and that cost me $$$. Overall Regarding the specific service I received while Kevin was here though, he was kind, professional, and definitely removed a large clog from my main about 25 feet from the Cleanout, toward road.

ECO quickly scheduled the work and their pricing was in the middle of the quotes for my repair. Repair went well, although I questioned the techs use of putting old rags in the hole as backfill, including a 2x4. The original jetter quoted didn't work for our application, so we're waiting for a larger jetter (at an increased expense). Hopefully that's completed early next week so we can safely use our kitchen sink. Also found the new cleanout is leaking and pooling water at the base of the pipe after a couple of days. Hopefully everything is corrected and I'll adjust the review. Edit 12/22 (from 1 star to 3 stars): ECO attempted on a couple of occasions to jet the line, but were unsuccessful. They quoted additional work to dig another section of the pipe up. They also replaced the new cleanout that was leaking. Not ECO's fault there was so much rock in there, but I feel like maybe the other quotes I had received may had included removing the rocks for the same price, even it involved digging up the other end of the run.

I made an appointment online for an electric repair. I had to wait 10 days but it wasn't an emergency. They gave me a window of 4 hours between noon and 4pm on a Tuesday. I took off work and waited. They texted me several times during the "window" to tell me the tech's whereabouts and when he would arrive. At 3:45 i get a voicemail message telling me to call the office to reschedule because the tech wasn't going to have time to come. I sent them a text back and I can't repeat what i said then but i wish i had read the reviews on here and i would never have called them in the first place. one star because i can't post this with zero stars

I contacted the company in the morning on Tuesday and set up an appointment. On Wednesday I was called at 1237 and asked what the issue was. I explained and told them I needed them to show up today. ECO said, " okay." Later, I was called at 3pm and notified they would not be coming out today. I have had this company out multiple times, spent a lot of money with them. Apparently they don't care about the repeat service. They care about the bigger contracts. Why would you accept an 0800 to 1200 appointment and then not show up by the end of a business day. This was the Dayton OHIO ECO Plumbers. I recommend you go somewhere else.

Sump pump stopped working last week leading to flooding I the basement. Called Eco Plumbers from finding them on Google. The experience from the very first call to the finished work was exceptional. Can’t say enough good things. Scheduling was easy, super friendly and informative. Tech came out, no service fee. He diagnosed the problem, helped me schedule a service visit for the very next day. Justin came out and walked me through a few different options, no pressure just a menu of options. He got to work and was done in 90 minutes. Extremely satisfied, I’ll def call if I need any other services. Great job!

Had the pleasure of letting Eco come out to my home to replace a water heater. Within an hour they had a technician out to take the old one out and install a brand new one. They were also able to finance and offer a loan with payment options. I highly recommend ECO and after my experience today I plan to tackle the rest of my plumbing, my furnace, and any other issues in the future with them. Joseph Kraft was a phenomenal representative and very personable, friendly, and had a great sense of humor.

I made a plumbing appointment but received no updates on the day of the appointment. I called them, only to reach their AI support. I was told that they may have to postpone my appointment because of last minute urgent requests There are no updates from their end at all -- I had to call and ask. This is very unprofessional, and very disrespectful of customers' time. Update: they reached out to me and their staff were extremely professional. I think my original experience was a one-off thing.

Relative had to call for AC not working. It ended up being a bad capacitor. They are about 10$ on line, the total call was almost 400$. This is what is wrong, I encourage to buy a cheap window(s) unit when your central air goes out for the 4-5 months it’s hot. If this part was marked up 500%, it’s 50$. It’s a 15 min repair, and I am being generous, but the trouble shooting and drive time was 350$…….really! It’s working for now, just amazed of the gouging….my opinion.

Asked for an estimate for replacing a sump pump. Dispatch and tech were very responsive. However, they wanted to replace the pump, plus battery backup system, the whole works for $3800!!! Trying to steal money!! I replaced the non-working pump with a like Zoeller pump for under $500 and 2.5 hours of labor. I'm sure they can have some "sales" angle for the up charge but in reality it's not needed. Won't be going back for any kind of service
