I had an extremely clogged kitchen sink, so I called Ronald L. Vail Plumbing, Inc. Kevin and Shaun arrived shortly after my emergency call, and their professionalism was outstanding from start to finish. They were respectful of my property, diagnosed the issue quickly, and corrected the problem with confidence and skill. They didn’t leave until they had tested everything multiple times to make sure the clog was completely resolved and wouldn’t return. They were also very thorough with their cleanup after the job was done, which I truly appreciated. I’m glad I chose Ronald L. Vail Plumbing, Inc.—Kevin and Shaun delivered excellent service, and this company has definitely earned my trust.

Yesterday I called the office and needed to schedule an emergency appointment. The staff worked professionally and diligently to fit me in an already busy schedule. This was for a local lodge so then we had to cancel due to another member also scheduling a repairman. I wanted to take the opportunity to say THANK YOU for your patience and diligence. Vail Plumbing will always be highly recommended!

The poorest customer service I’ve ever experienced. My kitchen sink looked as if it was repaired by Vail, but a few weeks later the leak returned. Simply calling to tell the company about the issue turned into one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a repair company ever. The receptionist woman blamed me for the leak returning and refused to give a time frame the technician would be back out, for the following week. Even after I explained that I’ll need to let my job know a time frame so I can take the time off. After I told her she shouldn’t blame a customer for Vail’s error and should instead apologize for the inconvenience She then hung up twice, refusing to give me a time frame. When I called back, she lied about hanging up then blamed me for hanging up. After everything that went wrong that day with Vail, the technician arrives to my home that same day without notifying me they were coming. It’s hard to believe companies are operating with employees and technicians who have customer service this poor. If it were possible to give a lower rating I would.

We highly recommend this company. Our water heater recently stopped working. We first had another company out to look who recommended a new heater for almost $6000 even though ours was 5 years old. We then called Vail Plumbing and they responded promptly. They did a thorough examination of the unit and said an inexpensive repair was all that was needed. They were prompt, professional, trustworthy and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them to all.
