“Skylar is a really nice guy and did a good job; but he prices by the job rather than hourly. He gave me a fixed price beforehand of $511 and I agreed with it. But it only took a hour and five minutes. That’s more than my lawyer or accountant charge by the hour and three times what car dealers charge for mechanics. I just didn’t feel good about it in the end. It made me feel like I made a bad decision.”

He was honest giving me options and explaining everything along the way. He was quick and fair priced very polite very professional definitely recommend!”
“Water heater died and 1st company said they could come in 4 days and a new heater may cost $3000. Called Dear Plummer and he came same day and had to evaluate and do one physical repair. Had to dry everything out and following Skyler’s instructions the heater worked by next morning. One hour and $100 so how happy do you think I am?
