D R Plumbing

I had given a call to D R Plumbing because the water faucet in the front of the house would not Turn off. I had someone disengage the water hose and the water was just pouring out. I just absolutely could not get the water to stop. So I looked up plumbers on Google and DR plumbing was the first one I came to. I contacted Josh and he advised it would be today before someone could get to the house. He also advised me that it would cost a certain amount of money and I asked if he would work with me on the cost and he said he would. They finished the work and he had decided out of the graciousness of his heart, that he was not going to charge me for the work done on the water faucet. My mother had just fallen and broke her hip on Tuesday evening, and I was a little out of sorts with everything and my mom and I don’t have a lot of free money laying around but with the water pouring out, it was absolutely necessary that we get this fixed. Today he sent me a text saying that the work had been completed and that he wasn’t going to charge me because we had so much on our plate. I am so utterly overwhelmed with his kindness and generosity, and he will forever be in my debt. And I will refer him to anybody that needs a plumber. I’m so very thankful. You’re the best Josh.

Absolutely wonderful experience! They showed up quickly, were so friendly and professional, and took care of everything right away. It was such a relief, especially during the holidays. You can tell they genuinely care about their work and their customers. I’ve already recommended them to several people and will continue to do so!

Dr plumbing is not an ordinary plumbing company I have been working with them for years. They are very good at finding leaks Giving accurate estimates without coming back Asking for more, which has been a previous problem for me with other companies they were very fast. The response time is almost immediate. I look forward to using them for any issues to come.
