Loved working with this company! As a first-time homeowner, I was completely unprepared when my furnace stopped working and had no idea what to do next. Desmon was at my house within an hour, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had everything up and running in no time. The entire process was super easy and Desmon was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of HVAC services.

So I have rewritten a review for the first time. I’ve used Cregger multiple times in the past year for some work at my business. We’ve had good experiences with them each time and they resolved our issues to our satisfaction. Upon calling them the most recent time we had our first challenge with something and I wrote a review that reflected the experience. I felt it was fair and accurately reflected the experience. Well, Cregger actually impressed me more by how they handled the feedback and my concern. The company reached out to me to learn more about the experience and they helped me resolve the issue. I actually have more faith in the company due to having a problem and their commitment to help me resolve the issue. I’ve always felt that the real value of a professional relationship is the service behind the sale. Cregger actually provided excellent service behind the sale and went over and above to make things right and make me happy as a customer. I do endorse doing business with Cregger for our business and possibly in my personal life as well if needed. They are committed to quality work and satisfied customers. Well done Cregger team! We called in the morning with a shower issue and they had a plumber out before noon. We were shocked they could do the job the same day. Josh did a great job converting our leaking three-handle shower to a new single handler. He also replaced the old galvanized pipes with copper.

Cregger was our go-to plumber for many years until recently. We’ve noticed that while the quality of their work is fine, their prices are outrageous - nearly double what other locally owned licensed plumbers charge. Additionally, they send text and emails quoting extra, unrequested services that cost thousands of dollars (in one case, over 12k). I have little faith in their quotes or what they recommend. We won’t be calling them again.

Josh S was absolutely wonderful. Seriously the most friendly and considerate plumber I’ve ever had. His communication was world class and he worked hard and got the job done right! What more could you ask for?! We will be relying on Cregger and specifically Josh going forward. So relieved to have a company we can count on!
