“Our upstairs shower was leaking into our garage when in use. Kaleb and his partner were quick to find the issue with the spout. Kaleb even let me know the replacement spout should be covered under Moen's warranty (already called and have a new one on the way at no charge). Quick diagnosis of the problem and easy replacement with a temp spout until the new one arrives.”
