I have been a fan and loyal customer for 20 years. One more time CPR saved me when I sprung a gas leak from my stove. I love their responsiveness, kindness and service.

I don't normally write reviews because I'm persnickety and can be brutally honest to a fault. However, after getting a referral to CPR Plumbing, I had to write this review for the benefit of other homeowners in the area that are in need of quality plumbing services. Their level of professionalism and attention to detail is outstanding, and the piece of mind you get from knowing that the job is done right makes the entire experience easier to navigate. We had an emergency plumbing problem right before the impending snow/ice storm and it was, to say the least, super stressful considering the timing and inconvenience this caused. CPR went way above and beyond to get this HUGE job done in just under 2 days, while racing against the weather, and their level of service and knowledge made this situation about as stress free as it could be. I asked an annoying amount of questions during this process. CPR assured me they were honest and credible plumbers and that they had expectations for a high quality of work without exception. I found this to be absolutely true! Thank you so much for coming out in the dark and the cold, after working on other jobs all day, to get our project done!

After losing my husband, I lost my ring and was devastated. I thought it had fallen into my bathroom sink and called CPR Plumbing. Chris returned my call within minutes and came out within a couple of hours in The Colony, TX. He checked both sinks, and when it wasn't there, he didn't give up - he found the ring on my bed and was genuinely happy as I was. He was kind, professional, respectful, and truly cared. Chris refused to charge me, saying finding the ring made his day - but it absolutely made mine. Customer for life. Highly recommend.

In a profession riddled with overcharging and price-gouging for their highly in-demand services (“as the norm”), CPR is the most reasonably priced plumbing service in The Colony. They don’t try to trap you by charging a fee just to show up; whether they do any work or not. I really appreciate Chad for his “NO NONSENSE” approach to earning the potential customer’s business. Their pricing is transparent, upfront, and usually below the competition’s quotes (not by a landslide, but I’ll take it). I first used them in 2014 to replace my hot water heater and their quote was below the competition. In addition, the quality of the install was on-point. Finally, he talked me out of buying a more expensive unit (that was recommended by a different plumber) and educated me about why his recommendation had more value. It’s rare when a plumber talks you into spending less money! NOTE: The hot water heater is still working well as of today. His son-in-law Chis came out to my house yesterday to replace a shutoff valve. He followed right in-line with where Chad left off in 2014. It’s impressive to see that the same company values are still intact 11 years later! I recommend choosing CPR for all of your plumbing needs!

First experience with CPR Plumbing. Chris was professional, approachable, reliable and clearly explained everything throughout the process. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. I would definitely use CPR Plumbing again in the future. Highly recommend them, you cannot go wrong!
