We had a hot water heater issue that was rapidly escalating into a dangerous situation because of adjacent electrical wiring. Matt squeezed us into his schedule, accurately assessed what we needed, and completed the repairs less than one complete day after being contacted. Our hot water and electrical problems have both disappeared thanks to Matt. I highly recommend him for his workmanship, compassionate approach, and professionalism.

Had to get our water turned off last night because of a broken tub faucet. Called 4 plumbers today - Bralley's is the only one who responded. He knew what was wrong from my description, and had me text him a picture of the faucet so he could get the right parts. Had us back up and running within a hour or so of our first contact. Reasonable price, friendly and fast service - will call him again! Highly recommend!

Matt and his crew have done quite a bit of plumbing work for us, including water heater installation, sink installation and fixing leaks. We've also had them come by to quote us on repair items we're planning on doing soon, and they graciously scheduled time for us to give us an idea of what the cost would be to do the work. They do great work for a very reasonable price, and for that reason they're in high demand in this area. We will be hiring Bralley's Plumbing Services again to do more work for us, and appreciate them very much!

The worst plumber you could possibly call. This guy came to my house, was immediately rude, and then cursed at me because I was watching to figure out what I needed. Don't let some terrible plumber try to bully you as he left like a sissy when I was about to smack him. Never in my life been treated like that by someone taking my money. He obviously intended to take advantage of my lack of plumbing knowledge I'm order to half fix or less and leave with the cash. This fella is trying to hustle people. DO NOT USE EVER even if there is a fire!

Horrible ethics. Flooded my basement after a shark bite fitting that wasn't tested let go. Refused to clean up because he "had stuff to do at his house"... Received zero financial help and lost hundreds and hundreds of dollars in flood damaged items. Also screwed over another relative. Stay far away from this one.

When I originally called him he was on vacation with his family at Dollywood. He made an appointment with me for the next day, and true to his word he was at my house by 10 am. I needed a new water heater and we talked about the best options for the space I had(and funds). After determining which was the best option for me, he proceeded to procure my water heater. We had determined that my budget was $500. The install was more or less a flat rate of $150 plus parts for install. The water heater was about $300. The connection parts were $50. This was no easy removal either. It was an old and leaky 38 gal short square rear connected space saver types. He easily removed it as he was very knowledgeable about all types of water heaters. He then installed a 50 gal regular water heater in a very tight fitting area. using the existing wiring. it was also under a cabinet and he worked very hard to install the connections so I could open the cabinets above. He did an excellent job and had the job done in a few hours. My cabinets open perfectly, my water heater is as large as possible, and it is great. I am so happy and if you need something done I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the services of Bralleys plumbing! BTW I am in Abingdon Virgina!

One of the best plumbers in Abingdon. We have several properties and have been using Bralley's Plumbing for all our plumbing repairs, replacements, etc for many years. Matt does exceptional work, has reasonable rates and keeps you posted on his schedule and arrival time - something that seems simple, but doesn't often happen around here. Fast and friendly he came straight after working a shift at UPS and Jay had another job in Lebanon and as soon as he was done he kept his word and was here when he said he would be ..you do not find good people who do amazing jobs treat you like you would want to be treated...id give a 10 ********** if I could but I can't..again thank you ..and FYI yes I will be using Brallys plumbing again

He does good work.but has the attitude that everyone is out to “hoo doo” him.He did some work for me and charged me $2000 and wanted it right then.im on a limited budget and he knew that but no one I know has $2000 as pocket change!. He finally agreed to payments and I’ll pay him what I owe and won’t call him anymore.He basically accused me of trying to rip him off.

Mr bralley came to my house one nite for a sewer leak sewer was coming into my bathtub and my bathroom came out after 10:00 pm he had just got home from church one sunday nite came over to help me Very Good Christian man!! I reccomend his services to anyone despite the negative comments! Keep you're head up mr bralley God will takecare of the keyboard warriors!!

I called Matt to fix the leaking pipe in the kitchen sink. He came out the same day and was professional and timely. He called me a few times to keep me up to date on his schedule and expected time of arrival. He did quality work at a fair price. Highly recommended. I will call him for future plumbing needs.

HE DIDN'T FIX ANYTHING!!! HE DID THE SAME THING MY HUSBAND DID AND THEN CHARGED US $100 FOR HIM NOT DOING ANYTHING!!! IF YOU WANT SOMEONE TO ACTUALLY FIX SOMETHING DONT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!! HE LEFT SAYING TO USE ROTOR ROOTER OR SURE DRAIN!! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!

Installed water lines for us and later replaced a water heater. very fair pricing and quality work.Was told by the county water people would nee an inline pump to have decent pressure .Nope he adjusted it himself and we had great water pressure up a very steep incline.

Called him today with a leak under the sink. Came out right away got straight to work and fixed the issue and fixed the dishwasher cut off too. Very reasonable price and great work!! Nice guy!

Greatful for someone who could come out at 9 o’clock and run an auger down my toilet and get it unclogged highly recommend this business to anyone in the Abingdon and surrounding area
