Landon did an excellent job. He showed up on time, was very professional, and made the whole process smooth and easy. You can tell he really cares about the quality of his work and making sure everything is done right. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer any questions I had. Matthew was very efficient and professional in explaining everything he was going to do and made sure everything was done and working before he left. Absolutely loved my Service Technician Hershel McAtee. He was able to re start my oil furnace when we had sub zero temperatures. He advised that my furnace was 17 years old (purchased from Blind & Sons) and advised that replacement parts would have to be made if needed. Well, the furnace stayed running for about a week…. Then the inevitable happened…. A new furnace had to be installed. Jim Fisher was soon to arrive and provide me a quote. Financing options were discussed, and my new Furnace was scheduled for installation within a couple of days. My Installers showed up first thing Monday morning (can’t locate their names or profile emails right now) and were so prompt and professional. They were able to take out and remove my old Furnace, and install my new one. (even had to come through my storm cellar door to get into the house). They took the time to even explain my new control panel, and how to operate and set up all the functions. Herschel came the next day, to inspect all the oil lines. (I guess most furnaces that are installed are electric). I can’t recommend this company enough! They have a 24 hour service line that you can call to report any issues or problems. Communication is excellent! Any service is completed in a timely manner. I was worried about the cost of a new furnace, (single mom with an autistic child) but with Financing options fitting my budget, I am able to have peace of mind. I am confident that I will be good for another 17+ years.
I was charged for them to come and give me pricing on a pipe that needs to be replaced. I was told not to fix the pipe because the stack is getting older and I should budget 10,000.00 for when that time comes. I wanted to replace a faucet assembly above a utility sink and was quoted 2300.00 . For a faucet.
I had an issue with a kitchen drain that was not correct. Instead of using the existing drain lines they gave me a very expensive and unnecessary estimate($8K) for running new drain lines through the basement floors! beware of this company! It was later fix by Roto Rooter for $100.
I am very happy with the service I received from technician Mark at Blind & Sons. I called late in the day and was able to schedule a next day appointment to get an estimate to replace my aging hot water tank, which had sprung a leak. Mark arrived on time, and was exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable, and personable. He was thorough in both his inspection of the issue, and in explaining the options for replacement. He walked me through the recommended work, explaining each item and provided comprehensive no-pressure quotes for a variety of configurations. My replacement is scheduled for after the Memorial Day holiday, and I feel like I was heard, and am in good hands for the scheduled work. I have used Blind for plumbing before, and they are reasonably priced (not the lowest and not the highest) and I believe a great value for the service and attention they provide. I would recommend their services.
Dustin arrived on time and was very knowledgeable he answered all of our questions as well as walked us through the install process. I was happy he did not try to up sale us into a Cadillac when all we needed was a Chevy. Logan was our installer, he was amazing and professional. The installation was completed on time and no hiccups. We are looking forward to the security of our new backup generator. Highly recommend. We liked Blind and son so much we had them come out and replace our old worn out furnace. Trent and team arived on time and had everything they needed to get the replacement done fast. Trent and his team were very professional, respectful and clean. When completed they cleaned up and removed all of the debris. I highly recommend Blind and sons for all your service needs 🫡😀
Daniel came out at the time of my appointment. He has been here before and he knew where everything was. He took the time to tell me what he was doing downstairs and also when he went out to check the outside A/C unit. Daniel was respectful while in the house and he was quick to answer any questions I had. We did chat a bit as he inspected the A/C system and he has a very friendly manner to him. After he was done, he let me know that everything looked just fine and that Blind & Sons where there if I needed them. Daniel is an excellent example of the Blind & Son company.
Hi Kevin! It was a pleasure meeting with you today regarding installing a mini split system in my garage! Coby, Trent, and Dylan arrived on time to install a mini-split system in my garage today. All three were professional and very knowledgeable of the system being installed! All were very respectful of property and they cleaned up everything when installation was completed! Very clean & neat installation!
Landon made quick work of installing a couple GFCI outlets for me and he explained how they work. Would have him do work again. Update: used this company a second time and stand by the 5 star rating. This time we needed to rewire a doorbell that had to be moved. It took 2 visits. Austin did the initial assessment and Landon came back to do the job. Both professional and efficient.

We had Landon identify a water leak issue that was impacting our fuse box. The guy was diligent with his service and even got on his ladder outside to inspect every inch of the issue to see how water may be getting into the box. He articulated everything well to my wife and I and I can appreciate his desire to do good work. Well worth the call.

I called Blind & Sons and they were able to send a technician out the next day to address my electrical request. Matthew Harris responded the next day as scheduled and provided me with a quote to install a new electric line and related work 2 days later. Excellent work Matthew - thanks for your insight and timeliness.
Ethan Frank and JoJo were just here to check the duct work, after throughly checking the air conditioning ducts, they showed me pictures to indicate that they didn’t need to be cleaned. I really appreciate their honesty and the information that they gave to me about the ducts. Great work guys, glad you came today!
