Berkeys Plumbing, A/C & Electrical

We recently had Berkeys out for a water heater repair, and I wanted to share what a great experience we had. Our technician, Alejandro Sanchez, was on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything and made sure the repair was done correctly. The office staff was also wonderful to work with—very friendly, great communication, and they sent a follow-up text with the appointment information and details about the technician who would be arriving, which I really appreciated. Our water heater was still under warranty, and Berkeys handled everything exactly as they should have, and the repair ended up costing us $0. It was a very smooth and easy process. We use Berkeys for Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC, and they truly are a one-stop shop. Highly recommend!

Whe When you get a technician that represents the company he/she works for at the highest level, It's great to be able to share that with others. Berkeys technician Steven Johnson was knowledgeable, experienced, informative, and answered all my questions with very helpful information about how my system works and how to keep it working efficiently for how hot/cool I like my house. I have a dual damper system that make maintaining a comfortable temperature, in any room, difficult. I highly recommend this company, and when needed ask for Steven to be your technician of choice.

I can’t say enough good things about Berkey’s, KP, and their team of salaried (NOT commissioned) HVAC techs! They give you sound advice, suggestions and recommendations regarding any HVAC issues you may be facing - without the pressure of having to make an on-the-spot decision that you don’t feel comfortable making. They are super thorough in their assessments and you feel good knowing that you can trust their advice. My heater would blow cold air - I’ve had 3 different HVAC companies through my home warranty take a look and none of them could provide a fix. Turns out the Nest thermostat needed to be replaced with a Honeywell T6, and as soon as we made the change, everything magically worked! Best part, they didn’t charge me a stupid service call fee that would not go towards the cost of repairs! Instead, I signed up for their VIP Membership for like $20/mo and have them on speed dial in case I have any HVAC, electrical or plumbing issues - I get next day (not next week, we’re too busy, and gonna charge you a service call fee) service. I feel you get the backing of a big company, not a fly by night, solo tech working from his truck, or moonlighter - these guys are trustworthy and am happy to partner with Berkey’s!

Mathew came to service my heaters and AC for last two times. I went to my attack yesterday and saw something which blow my mind away! I had a roof change last year and saw AC pan full of nails, pieces of roof shingles and woods. I broom them and cleaned it. How during two visits it was not cleaned or reminding me to clean? But, Mathew wanted me to buy drainage liquids to clean the pipe from him. Never send him back again! Thank you! Picture is after I cleaned one full pan out of the pan.

I can always rely on Berkey's to show up when they say they will and fix whatever plumbing issue might arise. I have used them 5 times in the last 10 years and they never disappoint. The problem is resolved, the right way, no corners cut, no shortcuts. This time they located and repaired a slab leak and were able to reroute the damaged pipe without having to tunnel under the house or cut up the foundation. If you want it done right Berkey's is a great choice.
