Dave responded very quickly to replace our old, leaking water heater. He did an excellent job and cleaned up. We are very happy with his prompt service.

We have had Aurora out to do a lot of work recently due to a root intrusion on our sewer line. Dave coordinated all of the diagnostics and saved us a lot of money finding a company that was able to hydro-jet the sewer line to solve the problem. We turned around with the saved money and did several upgrades. We installed faucets, new toilets in all the bathrooms and the best purchase was a new water conditioning system. We LOVE our new Supernova water conditioner and I talk about it all the time. We had wanted a saltless conditioner for several years. Dave will give you straight, honest answers. It is so refreshing to not have to worry about someone selling you things you don't need, or overpricing the things you do need!

Maureen was a wonderful help, to this limited computer knowledgeable senior citizen, in ordering the correct parts. David also recognized that my water conditioning unit was no longer effective. We had never been told about the carbon filter needing to be changed at five years. He replaced the unit for me, arriving on time, did the install quickly and NEATLY. He is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend David and Maureen at Aurora Plumbing!! (He is also a dog lover which makes him #1 in my book!)
