Had a main sewer line back up. Henry showed up on time. He was very informative ,walked me through every step. Very upfront about pricing. He was also very conscientious when it came to clean up after the job was completed. Highly recommend ASAP plumbing and Henry.

ASAP Plumbing did an outstanding job installing our new tankless water heater! From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They arrived on time, explained the entire process clearly, and completed the installation flawlessly. Our new system works perfectly, providing endless hot water while being more energy-efficient. We couldn’t be happier with the service and highly recommend ASAP Plumbing to anyone in need of reliable and high-quality plumbing work!

The ASAP team replaced and installed our dishwasher and garbage disposal. They were very personable and walk through everything that needed to be replumbed (previous plumber did not do it correctly which we assumed as such) to bring into code. They did an excellent job, cleaned up after the work and hauled away the old dishwasher. Everything works. They were very economical when compared to all other plumbers we have used!!! And guess what, they call you back......we plan to have additional work completed by ASAP. Hire ASAP for anything plumbing.

You guys must do a lot of business to turn a customer away . I called today to setup an appointment the guy that answered said the boss will call me back within 1 hour , that never happened never got a call back from anyone. Shame on you guys

THE WORST! Good luck getting ahold of them to fix a problem they caused. You’ll spend months talking to Jay (he’ll tell you he will be out today/tomorrow and will never show) and then you’ll hear excuse after excuse of why he never called you back or came out to fix the problem they caused. Then he’ll stop answering the phone…Frustrated doesn’t even come close to how I feel. Choose your plumber wisely!

This may be the most unprofessional company I've ever worked with. We had to have 20 ft of sewer line replaced and our insurance company made us use this company. It was a nightmare from the beginning, with it being a constant battle trying to get them to schedule the work and then actually come out and do the work...it took three weeks for them to schedule and complete the work. The person they sent was slow and sloppy. While digging up the yard, the guy knocked over our mailbox and damaged our waterline, not to mention he would randomly disappear for hours at a time without telling us. He had to repair the waterline that he busted. When filling the dirt back in, they did a terrible job and within a couple weeks, it was completely sunken in and the lawn and garden area is completely ruined. The worst thing is, the sewer line was not properly fixed. We had a different plumbing company inspect the sewer line and they noticed that there was dirt and rocks in it that ASAP plumbing had left in there and the connection they made was not correct. This caused a new clog in the sewer line that a different plumbing company will now have to repair. Do not use ASAP plumbing, unless you want a complete disaster.

I recently had the unfortunate experience with ASAP Plumbing Company for a plumbing issue in my home, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I wouldn't wish this kind of service on my worst enemy. Firstly, their customer service was abysmal. When I initially called to schedule an appointment, i had to call my warranty twice to get ahold of them. When the plumbers arrived, they showed up without even letting me know that they are coming or on their way. It was clear that punctuality was not a priority for this company. Once the plumbers began their work, I was shocked by their lack of professionalism. They seemed inexperienced. To make matters worse, when I tried to contact the company to voice my concerns and request a report of what the problem was so I can address it with the warranty. It was an evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them. In conclusion, my experience with ASAP Plumbing Company was nothing short of a nightmare. From the unhelpful customer service, and lack of accountability, it was an absolute disaster. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere for a reputable and reliable plumbing company.

Jay was nice but he was not up front about pricing at all! I asked before I gave him my address what the price would be and he never gave an estimate. My husband and I bought our first home together and found out that our washing machine hookups were leaking. If I had known they were twist off valves, I would have done it myself! Jay charged nearly $300 for a job that took less than 10 minutes to get done! I about had a heart attack hearing that rip off of a price! My husband and I are not poor but we also feel we were scammed out of at least $150 that could have been used on other things that needed fixed. Then jay proceeded to ask if we had a home warranty and tried getting us to buy his preferred warranty to “help us save” $150. No way in hell am I going to buy ANOTHER home warranty when I already have one through someone else! Please do you research and I highly recommend looking into another plumber. I almost told my husband to deny paying that bill and have him take the valves just so we could do it ourselves.

Please do not have this company work for you or work for them. The owner, Jay is a scam artist. And by scam artist I mean an unhonorably discharged veteran due to scamming as well as in his company. My fiance worked there and was promised overtime, profit sharing, and numerous things that were not given to him. Was hired on salary supposed to begin work at 8am and finish at 4pm and he ended up working 12 hour shifts DAILY. When he finished jobs early and went home at 4 like he was hired to do his SALARY pay was docked. This company pays you under the table so there is no record of him scamming you. He worked 40+ hours of overtime and was not paid for it. His daughter works for the company and thinks she's the owner and is BEYOND disrespectful to the employees. Have been told by numerous employees and people who have hired them that they have been scammed for profit. Absolutely disgusting company, hope nothing but the worst for them.

ASAP plumbing started my dad's replumb job of his home in early 2025. Unfortunately, Henry never came back to finish the job and I have been requesting they come back out since December of 2025. Initially I got promises every time I called that Henry would be out within 1 or 2 weeks. Now its 5+ months later and the manager ignores my calls and messages. They have left my 79-year-old dad without a working bathroom faucet among other issues. This was a $7,000 project left incomplete. I would steer clear of this business. I had hoped they would make good on the promises. Its very disappointing and unprofessional. There word is meaningless. Go somewhere else.

I talked to Jay on Thursday around 4:00 and he seemed like he really cared about my problem and told me he would call me back an hour later after he talked to his partner to see if he could do the job. He knew our problem was an emergency as we have had no water for days. Friday I called him and he sent back a text saying I'll call you in an hour. That call never came and then I tried multiple times that day with no answer and no call back. It is now Saturday morning I called him and got the same reply back that he would call me back in an hour. No call happened. I keep trying and I'm getting nowhere.

Jay, you are an amazing person to lead such an outstanding group of personnel! Everyone that has come out to service our home has been professional, polite, expedient, forthright, and has also given other suggestions. I would like to thank all of your staff that have come out to my home on three separate occasions to fix different things with our new home. I highly recommend using Jay and his people to help with all your home needs. This is a boss that cares about his quality and helping his customers and not just the a dollar.I would definitely use his company again. Emily Heyman

Great plumbers. I had the entire cast iron pipe system replaced with PVC in my single story home with basement. They also replaced the pipes going out into my septic tank with PVC. Everything looked amazing and was done according to code. I couldn't believe they got so much work done in a day. They were also very pleasant to be around, I never heard yelling, screaming, cussing and throwing tools like my dad used to. I recommend using their services. I am glad I found a good plumbing company after being burned so many times in the past by other companies.

Needed the grinder replaced and the 2 gentleman who came to my house yesterday evening did a great job! Incredibly friendly and the price was very fair. They showed up later than my appointment time, but when you're dealing with the plumbing trade you need to be patient! I can tell that they don't leave a job site until the client is satisfied and they have completed their task. I was happy to wait for that kind of service! Will definitely recommend

Had an appointment on Friday never called never showed. Got ahold of them the following Monday and they assured me they would be out about 1 or 2 on Tuesday. That changed to about 345 to 4. Called at 3 to confirm and that changed to 430. 430 rolls around still never showed and never called. DO NOT use this company they are very unreliable!!! Would leave 0 stars if that were an option.
