“I needed a new water heater installed and called 3 different businesses, asking for quotes. Other companies charged a fee just to come out to be able to give me an estimate at all. American Plumbing gave me a quote over the phone ($1,295 for a 40 gallon tank), didn't charge for an estimate, came out the next day to take measurements, and I had my new tank installed the day after that for the exact price quoted–no hidden fees.”

“American Plumbing was referred to me by a friend. Our hot water tank died and started leaking on Christmas Eve. The dispatcher was pleasant and arranged a convenient non-emergency appointment. I tried to make it clear that I had the replacement unit already and that it needed to be moved slightly from its current location. Damien came on time and got the cold water running right away. He wasn't informed (adequately) about the move. This meant he had to come back the next day and the quote I had been given for the install doubled from $600 to $1,200.”

“So so highly recommend. 100 stars. The absolute best. Best people, funny, and they do great work. I've used them a lot and the most recent one I was in a real pinch and they bailed me out big time and saved me a ton of money. I am super grateful for them.”
“I called on a very cold Monday morning when, I'm sure, they had to be very busy but Don came out within a few hours to repair our water leak. The receptionist who took my call was very courteous and got in contact with Don quickly and got back to me to give me an ETA of his visit. Don was also friendly and quick to correct our issue.”
