“I used to use these guys all the time. They are now Whipple. Overpriced and horrible experience. Tech came put to visit. Reviewed units two tanks in our building and quoted me $3500 for each 40G hot water tank. I quoted with another group that quoted $2300 for SAME unit. Then, i checked myself, turned on gas, lit pilot light and BOTH units work Great. No repair was needed. DO NOT TRUST Whipple.”
“All Hrs installed a new Rheem water heater for us 3.5 years ago. This weekend it failed. The water heater was under warranty, but they charged us $1700+ in labor for 1.5 hrs of work to replace it. We feel taken advantage of.i would never do business with then after this.”

“I have been very happy with Whipple and their warranty service. Furnace recently had an electrical issue and stopped working. Called and dispatch was very kind, quickly got a team to come out and fix the problem. Tech.
