I’m a new homeowner and six months into homeownership the thermostat and sensor on the old 9 year old water tank died. I called Four Seasons and they were out within 2 hours to evaluate my situation and make recommendations. I could either repair the old water tank which would be the band-aid approach with no guarantees something else wouldn’t go wrong or I could opt to replace with an entirely new water tank. I went with the second option and 24 hours later one of Four Seasons’ affiliated companies Advantage Plumbing was back at my house removing the old tank and installing a new tank that will hopefully last for as long as I own the home. I appreciate that Four Seasons was there for me when I needed help in an emergency and the level of communication from the service technician who came out to evaluate my situation was great. He didn’t try and upsell and he was honest and straightforward about my options. The service was really excellent. The install job 24 hours later went smoothly. I was relieved to have hot water again! I ended up having a question about the billing invoice that customer service was unable to answer and I requested a callback from a manager and the manager called back which helped and I appreciated. Thank you. Five star experience. I definitely recommend Four Seasons and Advantage Plumbing.

Excellent service from the salesperson Mr. Williams who came out to my home. The next day followed by the two technicians came out to install my furnace. Excellent performance all across-the-board they get a 10 out of 10. Thank you so much for having qualified technicians who come out to my home to guarantee safety and make sure that I am safe in my home after they leave by doing qualified work!! Thank you Four Seasons your Company and your Services are the BEST ( 10 ) all across the board!!

Does good work but charges a bomb for it. Initial assessment may be a cheap $29 but final check will be in thousands. Will literally loot you if you do not have enough knowledge about fair pricing. The services are not worth it.

Woke up this morning to trickling water coming out of our kitchen faucet due to the sub-zero temps. Four Seasons/Advantage was the only company that I could get a hold of on a Sunday in an emergency situation. The first plumber from Advantage came out a few hours later. He diagnosed where he believed our pipe was frozen, but he didn't have the correct equipment on this truck. So, he called a colleague on another call and asked him to come by. Before that, he talked through our issue with us and quoted us a price. Yes, the price was hefty, but it's a Sunday and we're in a winter advisory with dangerous temps. Everyone else is off work, but not these guys. And, thankfully, we have heat and we have power and the pipes didn't burst. So, yeah, I can agree to that price. The 2nd gentleman arrived a little more than hour later. He came in with the machine, talked through everything with us, and place the pipe thawing machine (which looked a lot like jumper cables) on our pipes. I'm not kidding, within a minute we heard this loud clunk and our water came soaring through the faucets. It took him longer to bring the machine in and set it up than it did to clear the frozen piece of ice from the pipe! Before he left, he gave us more tips to ensure this doesn't happen again. I feel too often people come on here to leave reviews when they're not happy with service. So, I wanted to be sure I left them a positive review. I wish I had gotten both employees' names, but I didn't because I was in so distraught at not having water for 8 hours. So, thank you to Advantage Plumbing for having emergency services, for sending out 2 wonderful technicians who were incredibly kind and professional, and thank you for fixing our problem so efficiently.

Our HVAC has not been blowing cold air. It was too hot over the weekend and we tried to look for someone who can fix it right away. Through Yelp, I found Advantage Plumbing... I spoke with Jennifer yesterday afternoon and I was delighted that they can come over to our home the following day in the morning. I also mentioned to her that I have a coupon which printing out as 2013 on top of the 2016 date. She gladly said that she will take a note on the discount and will automatically deduct it on the service the following day. Jay was very pleasant especially to my puppy. I left the house for work and explained to my husband that there should be a discounted price. Jay did a good job on refilling the Freon but uncertain if there is a leak somewhere. We were charged in full and I learned about it after I was charged. I asked my husband why and how and told me that he thought that it was already the discounted price. He called the office and was told that they were not aware that we had the coupon and we should've presented the coupon. I was just disappointed with the fact that after talking to Jennifer yesterday, she still did not grant us with the discount. If they will look for the copy of the coupon, I would happily present it to her. Jay did a good job but both he and Jennifer represents the same company. I could have given a 5 star for Jay. I felt like I was presented a false advertisement. In spite of this, I would still recommend Advantage's Jay. =)

Oh, I’m very disappointed with their communication and their timing. I recently paid for a replacement for my AC/filter/humidifier for my downstairs basement on Monday. The first guy who who I talked with told me that the workers were going to finish within a day on Wednesday. When they came, they told me they weren’t going to finish and they’ll need to come back on Friday to finish the whole thing. Already I was upset because I was told the whole job is going to be done within a day, but since they told me they would come back Friday between 8 to 11 AM. I wasn’t too upset. Freddy comes and it’s already past the time they would arrive. Both of the workers told me 3x that they would show up Friday between 8 to 11. I called the customer service people to see what’s going on and apparently they scheduled me in for TUESDAY between 8 to 1pm. That’s NOT what I was told and the heat wave is coming Sunday and Monday which means I will have no AC. We need to do a better job on communicating or at least telling the truth. I’ve been told different things from different people and none of it matches up. Another thing is they turned off my hot water, so I had to call them to get a plumber to turn it back on. Which is the only reason why I put two stars. Even the plumber said that they should’ve been done within the day. I’m getting told a lot of different things and I have no AC unit at the moment. Very disappointing.

We usually use Four Seasons as they are a 24-hr. service and for whatever reason, God seems to send us HVAC & plumbing problems after 6 p.m. or on weekends. Not sure what we did to piss him off, but--Anyway, around 7:30 p.m. on a Tuesday, I heard the sump pump running almost continuously--and it's winter. It'll do that when we get a downpour, but when it's 25 degrees out? Went to check it out & you can just hear the water pouring into the pit. A leak? Broken pump? Obviously not a good thing, regardless. We called Four Seasons and got a guy who tried to call about three techs, none of whom wanted to come out until the next morning. Nope, sorry, you lose. Went onto Yelp for a 24 hr. plumber and found Advantage. Jay came right out, diagnosed the problem (pump needed replacing, which we figured) and gave us five options, from a cheap band-aid fix of the old one to a Rolls-Royce replacement. We opted for the "Ford Explorer" replacement as we figured we'd only be in the house for another three years. Jay returned the next morning at 7:15 and took care of business. We're back in business with a better sump pump, no tracked dirt and a friendly guy to add to our "great service people" list. Will definitely call when the water heater explodes next Dec. 25 at midnight.

Very disappointed with the service that we received after requesting a cleaning and maintenance of our HVAC unit. The technician was there for maybe 15 minutes and was repeatedly trying to sell a new furnace and air conditioner even though I said multiple times that the house is being sold and the buyer is going to be replacing these items. I am the real estate agent and I specifically told him that my client had passed away and that I just wanted the unit cleaned and serviced for the buyer but because it is an estate, I did not want any of the details about the age or anything else. He completely disregarded my instructions and proceeded to explain that the unit is near the end Of its life, which I already told him, so I already knew that, and was pushing very hard for replacement. He then proceeded to tell the widow who now owns the home even though I specifically said that I just wanted it cleaned. It works well and I just wish they had followed instructions. Also had to request the invoice several times and finally received it for or five days after the service. Very frustrating. Would not use again. He really didn’t do much of anything while he was here.

Advantage Plumbing and Drain, Inc. totally ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!! Jennifer couldn't have been more courteous and accommodating on the phone when I called to schedule and appointment and went out of her way to work around my schedule. Josh called to let me know he was on his way and even put shoe covers on to do the initial estimate just walking around the house and I really appreciated that. He was most patient, nice, and knowledgeable, and listened and took notes. I have to have several things replaced and had a lot of questions and he went through everything step by step to make sure I understood what needs to be fixed and how best to do it. I am very lucky to be their customers and can't wait for the work to start! My family was also in the plumbing business and Advantage Plumbing and Drain, Inc. is on the level and is very customer-service oriented. I was stressed because there are several plumbing problems, but Josh made this a very positive experience. I wish Josh, Jennifer, and the whole team much continued success and greatly look forward to recommending Advantage Plumbing and Drain, Inc. whenever I can. :) :)

I called Advantage for a second opinion about an issue we were having with hot water pressure in our shower. The first plumber I spoke with very quickly diagnosed the issue with the most extreme fix necessary (having to replace the entire shower fixture since it was "blown out" and would "only get worse") and tried to pressure me into the sale. Andrey Krysko, from Advantage, actually took components apart, examined them, and methodically outlined his approach. He was not trying to sell me anything, he was trying to fix our problem--he also did not make me feel incompetent when I said that I would buy parts on my own--"That's what you should do--it's much cheaper," he told me... We had to have two follow up visits, the first with Tyler, and the last with Tyler and Chuck. They were efficient, tidy, and clearly described what they were doing and why, and showed us pictures of issues they discovered. We now have a shower that works better than it has in years, with a year warranty on parts and labor. All at HALF the cost I was quoted by the first plumber I spoke with. Thank you Andrey, Tyler and Chuck!

These guys have been on the job with us the last x months off and on as we rebuild a house we bought to rehab into our "current dream" house. They've all done top notch work and been kind people to work with. Jason and Ivan did a great job on all the open wall work and were great at flagging things that should be brought up to code to please the inspector before it became an issue. The last two days, Dave , Brian and 1-2 other guys did a great job installing all the fixtures and finish plumbing - including a completely assymetrical free standing bathtub that they got to look "perfectly centered". That was after they carefully carted it (outside!) the length of my home to get it into the sliding door, back to the front of the house, up the stairs, and back to the far end of the house without a scratch or ding on it... And they did it with sunny dispositions. I never saw them rush, and they thought out every step of the process. There's only one faucet I would have centered about an inch or 1.5" forward for my tub, but everything else is perfect!

I usually never give reviews but felt the need to do give these guys a review. We had a leak in our basement and called Advantage. What's great about this place is that they're super responsive and were able to send a really friendly plumber over right away. What the biggest issue I have with these guys is we spent almost $300 for an hour of the plumbers time to find the issue and essentially block the issue but not fix it. So essentially I spent $300 for the guy to put a stop to the leak and now got a quote from another plumber who said he'll actually fix the issue in $250 and said we should've called him first. The other plumber I called actually laughed when I said that Advantage came in and stopped the issue but didn't fix it and asked well why didn't they fix It? For $300 you would expect the issue to be resolved. So I'm very disappointed with this place and would not recommend them. Again, the plumber was nice. And seemed knowledgeable. But I don't know why we paid so much money for our issue to not get resolved.

This is one one great company. We used them previously to service a broken shower pipe and they were quick, efficient, reasonably priced, able to diagnose give several options and fix all in one trip. They were also polite and no plumber crack :). Today our water heater broke so we called them again. They again came during the time specifications they said they would, gave me options and this time came back with our tankless water system we decided to go with. They were able to install it in one day and did not complain or charge me extra because the work went passed normal business hours. The plumber Sean has been out both times to our house. He has been so helpful and truthful with us, helping us find the best option to fix the problem. He does not create fake problems to increase the bill and doesn't try and sell us stuff we don't need. He also remembered us which is great for report. We will continue to use them for all our plumbing needs.
