Adams Plumbing & Heating

I had a leak in a pipe in a downstairs ceiling that was pouring out water from sources upstairs. Adams Plumbing was prompt to come and fixed the leak very inexpensively. They even came back after the compound on the pipe had hardened and dried and reapplied for added security. I had called another plumber first, that I have used for a long time, and the only way they could fix it was to tear out the ceiling in two rooms to change out all the pipes! Yikes!

I have used Adams Plumbing on several occasions. David is the person that came to my house. He always comes when he says he will, and he is respectful and polite. He stays until the job is done and never over charges. I highly recommend using Adams Plumbing!

I will start by saying the two gentleman that came and attempted to work on my faucet were nice. They attempted to fix my faucet in my bath tub from leaking. They worked on it for about 30 min and came and told me it was two old and could not be fixed so they put it back together and let me know options to fix completely and said it would be about a week before they could fit me in the schedule. I went back to check it was all back together and found the made it worse and it was now spraying water into my wall. I called the office to see if I could get them back out to At least cap it off to be able to turn my water on. The gentleman in the office tried to blame the fact my water had been turned off multiple times and the pressure is what made the leak worse. Then told me there was nothing he could do for me until Wednesday of the following week. So it was either go without water or let it flood my house. Luckily they did not charge me for messing up my bathroom more! But I will never ever use them again.

Adams Plumbing was recommended to replace a broken hot water heater at the home of my mother, an 84 year old absentee homeowner. In the course of the repairs, it was determined the base for the hot water heater and interior of the A/C should be replaced. The home owner used a stone mason recommended by Adams Plumbing. The homeowner paid $2020.00 for the base. Subsequently, with no notification, explanation or offer of alternatives, Adams Plumbing tore down 1/2 of the masonry and replaced it with ugly cinder blocks. Pete Mares, owner of Adams Plumbing, agreed to make repairs to the base so they would match, but didn't. Another stone mason had to be called in at the cost of another $450.00 to the elderly home owner who is on a fixed income. The home owner has texts, receipts, telephone calls and witnesses that Mares admits to the destruction of the stone work and that he would "make it right". He never did. He then said he would reimburse the homeowner for the repairs to the stone. He never did. In fact, the first week of Oct., Pete Mares took $200.00 to the contractor overseeing the repair to the house with the request to get the homeowner's daughter "Off his a**.". I would never use this company and most certainly never trust them to not take advantage of the elderly or absentee homeowners.

I am very pleased with the plumber David with Adams Plumbing. I had an outside faucet that did not have any water coming from it. I got an appt surprisingly quick. When David arrived he bravely belly crawled into the crawl space (something I hope never to do) and found the faucet was not even connected to anything - no hose, connectors, waterline etc - yep, I previously had a shoddy contractor). David quickly got the parts, dove back into the crawl space and got it hooked up. Everything is flowing perfectly. Price was very reasonable and up front - no last minute hidden charge surprises. I hope not to have to need a plumber in the future but if I do, I will definitely call them. Also appreciated the professional and personable office manager, Steve. It was a good experience.

I had called adams plumbing for a burst pipe after this recent freeze. They were very prompt, fair with the price and did good work. What I appreciate above all else was they called to tell me they broke a pipe while fixing the burst one and fixed it free of charge, thats honest and professional. They could easily of just said they found another broken pipe and charged me but they didn't, I will recommend adams plumbing to anyone and will happily do business with them again.

Adams Plumbing and Heating saved us from what could've possibly been a major home damaging water leak. Rick came out on a Friday evening to assess the situation and then came Saturday morning to get it fixed. We can't say enough about the professionalism and honesty this company empowers. Thank you Adam's Plumbing and Heating for saving our home and saving us money too!! Do not hesitate to hire this company for your plumbing and heating repairs!

Do NOT use these people! Terrible and cheap work. Complete jerks and not trustworthy!! They constantly make up excuses as to why they won't complete a job. Never show up on time and consistently postpone jobs. I was without water for two weeks because they kept promising to get the job done.

Called the New Owner Rick Howell and scheduled service for my outside faucet to get fixed. His company was prompt and made the repair painless. I would recommend this small business for any repair whether small or big. Rick and his team will get it done! Thank Yall!

I used Adam's plumbing a few days ago. Not only was everyone super friendly they answered all of my questions and made me feel so comfortable. Great customer service. Fast appointments. Speedy service! I would definitely recommend!
