“Kolter with Black Plumbing did an excellent job replacing the internal mechanism on one of the toilets in our house. The toilet now fills up as it should. He also verified both of the burners were working on our hot water heater.”

“We called them to locate a leak and they found the drain only. Never found the leak, but the offer to redo the whole house plumbing. After 2 and half hours of work and 375 dollars, they left and left us with the same problem that we call them to fix. If they couldn't do it, they should us told us at least before charging 375 for NOTHING.”
