“We are members of ABC and having a membership has its perks. Our appointment had to be rescheduled twice due to dire emergencies and scheduling conflicts. The third appointment ABC scheduled Mr. Darrell Bell, the Drain Technician to come out and inspect our drainage issue.”

He was very attentive to details and worked extra time to make sure it was all done properly. My 5 star review is mostly for him.
