Arrived to replace my leaking water heater as scheduled, and completed the work promptly and professionally. We have 2 other plumbing projects that we would like completed next year and will contact ASAP Plumbing again.

Buyer beware, my mistake of accepting promised work without getting it in writing. Then when I agreed to concede and have them fix a shower that wasn’t working, it was misdiagnosed by them as a diverter issue. I was charged over $600 for mineral clog on the screen filter. The plumber laughed at it. In the meantime, the new diverter was installed upside down, not pointing to the correct option and is now limiting water to the handheld.

When my water heater went out, I called ASAP Plumbing and was immediately impressed by how quickly and professionally they responded. They had a technician at my home within a couple of hours, which I genuinely appreciated given the urgency of the situation. The tech himself was outstanding — professional, friendly, and great with my kids. The installation of my new 50-gallon water heater was done well and without issue. On the service and responsiveness side, I have zero complaints. My hesitation comes down to two things. First, I was not informed upfront that there would be a 3% fee (~$100) for paying by credit card. That kind of surcharge should be disclosed before the job, not after. When I called to address it, the response was sympathetic but no remedy was offered — I was simply told the tech would be informed for future customers. I understand fees happen, but transparency and a good-faith gesture go a long way. Second, after doing some research, I found the total cost of $2,975 for the replacement was notably higher than what comparable local companies charge — by roughly $500 or more. In an emergency, you don't always have the luxury of shopping around, but that's worth knowing going in. Overall: great people, great service, fast response. The pricing transparency could use improvement, and I'd encourage them to be upfront about surcharges and competitive with their rates.

The person that was sent out didn’t know what he was doing and had to call the shop for advice from what I assumed was an experienced plumber. I didn’t think frozen/clogged pipes were hard to remedy, but it was for this guy. I won’t be using you again. No work performed, no experience on how to fix the issues, and still charged me $145.00. Quite disappointed. Update… I find it quite interesting that this company is quick to comment on all their 5 star reviews and gush on how they appreciate the kind words, etc. Or be quick to respond and make right a 1 star review from a previous 5 star review customer. However, if you’re a first time customer and your received service was horrible there is no effort to make that right. I hope people read this review and stay away from this company. Oh, and by the way, MCHenry plumbing was out the next day and had everything fixed within 2 hours.

These guys rock! Was at work when a pipe burst and called ASAP to get some help for an emergency call. this place has amazing customer service right from the first interaction. I had when I called initially the tech on call was going to be a couple hours out, but I received a phone call from the manager Jon who offered to come to my house the same day he got back from vacation. However, he was able to find us an awesome tech named Bajro Menzil, who also was willing to help us when he was already off for the day! My 4 year old loved interacting with him and told me he enjoyed watching him work and asked a lot of questions which Bajro happily answered. I truly do appreciate the work ethic that Jon and Bajro have. Those two are definitely the definition of customer service!! I truly appreciate both of their efforts!!!

ASAP is my new plumber! I will never use another plumbing company again. I was referred to them because another plumbing company quoted me unreasonably high on a job so I wanted a second opinion. I'm so glad I did. Lucas was fantastic. I explained to him that we had a tight budget and that the other company's quote was insane. He was honest about what things absolutely needed to get done & what things were unnecessary. Showed up on time, fixed everything I needed, was courteous, & explained the problems to me in a way I could understand. My kitchen sink has never drained as good as it does now. It was as if it were a brand new sink. He didn't even mind that my dog sat on him while he worked under my sink.

I had a very frustrating experience with ASAP plumbing. I called them to inspect a leak coming from my shower. During the first visit, they told me the issue was with the drain and charged me $877 to fix it Less than two weeks later, the leak returned. When I called them back, a different technician came out and said the actual problem was the shower pan—not the drain. This should have been identified during the initial visit, especially given the high cost I was charged. Paying that much for an incorrect diagnosis and having to deal with the same issue again shortly after is extremely disappointing.

Highly recommend. My pipes froze/burst late at night. I called early in the morning and they answered/had someone come out to my house within 60-90 minutes to fix the issue. Lucas is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions/explained everything to me as he went. Edit: when the contractors came to start rebuild with the drywall, they noticed 2 pipes were protruding beyond the wall and couldn’t hang drywall until the pipes were fixed. I called ASAP and they sent Max out to fix the issue the same day. He did a great job and explained to me what he was doing as he went along.

Paid a decent amount to have two power assisted toilets installed on their recommendation about 08/2025. One started leaking shortly after (10/2025) which they tried to charge me for but was covered under warranty after I inquired. 2nd one started leaking just outside of the 6-month warranty period so it wouldn’t be covered. Had a competitor take a look and they said it shouldn’t come loose like this and if it does, they will fix it free of charge. Their charge to fix it was also a lot cheaper than what I was invoiced in October 2025.

This is the second time I've used ASAP Plumbing , they sent out Lucas Secor he did an excellent job going above and beyond repairing our leak on one of my rental properties bathtub. ASAP schedule me right away, Lucas showed up on time and repair the leak right away, he also text me pictures communicated with me on the phone as to what needed to be done , finished the job and cleaned up the mess. Lucas is an outstanding plumber! I will continue to use ASAP as my plumbers. ASAP Plumbing is definitely a five-star company.

Impeccable customer service. I am a roofing contractor and called ASAP plumbing for a client that suffered from severe storm damage. Unfortunately the first tech that came out was unable to help. The next day ASAP's Operation Manager reached out to me to rectify the situation, and the owner ended up going back out on the service call. Mistakes are always going to happen, but it's how it is dealt with that can make or break the situation. They really went above and beyond to make the situation right.

Johnathan came out and found the issue right away. This was my first flood and I am careful not to get runaround. Johnathan not only identified the problem but also had the issue solved within hours. He then stayed on my insurance adjuster to get the claim processed right away. He and his partners at Forever Restoration are top notch and very customer service friendly. I couldn't have handled all this as quickly without their help. Thank you so much!
