We are very happy with the work performed by Austin's Plumbing. We enclosed our carport to put in a second bathroom and a laundry room. They did the full plumbing job from installing pipe work to septic, installed all plumbing needed for both rooms as well as the finishing touch of hooking up the sink faucet and shower head. I'd highly recommend them.

I’ve used Austin’s services on three separate occasions. Most recently, he dug a trench for an underground utility run. Previously, he installed the main water line trunk and the sewage discharge pipe. Each time, the work was completed as discussed, on schedule, and at a fair price. He is prompt, communicates clearly, and follows through on what he commits to. The workmanship has been solid, with no shortcuts taken. He also has a capable and professional crew that works efficiently and keeps the job site organized. Scheduling has been straightforward. Based on repeated experience, he has been reliable and honest, and I would use him again for future plumbing or utility work.

This is the second time that Austin and his team have helped us rectify plumbing issues with our 1893 home. Both times they worked hard and did not cut corners. As a veteran of the trades myself, Austin and his team's honest work ethic is a gem in this day and age where it is about impossible to find a plumbing contractor who has fair pricing and straight forward commitment to the customer. Appointments are easy to schedule. They show on time and ready to work. They cleanup after themselves. There workmanship is second to none. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We called Austin’s Plumbing a couple of days before Thanksgiving when we suddenly had water pouring up out of the ground near our driveway. They answered right away and were at our house within 30 minutes. As soon as they arrived, they jumped straight into action. They quickly diagnosed the issue, brought in another team member with an excavator, and dug beside our driveway to access the damaged plumbing. Instead of tearing up the driveway, they were able to pull out the old line and run brand-new plumbing underneath it—saving us from an even bigger mess and repair bill. They added proper cushioning around the new pipe and even installed a shut-off valve under our crawl space for easier access in the future. All of this was done in the off-and-on rain and mud, and they worked hard the entire time without slowing down. They had our water restored within just a few hours, then cleaned up thoroughly and leveled the ground before leaving. They also plan to come back once the yard dries out to lay down seed and straw so the grass can grow back. Outstanding service from start to finish. Wonderful plumbing services! We needed all of our cast iron pipes replaced and Austin came with wonderful reviews. He was friendly and professional. He had to come back out the next evening to fix the dishwasher pipe at no charge to us. We just bought the house thinking and being told we were on public sewage and Austin and his team found that we actually were on a private septic and gave us a recommendation to have it pumped. I’ll go with Austin’s plumbing for all of our plumbing needs!
