Jeff was excellent for my plumbing repair. He communicated well with me and more importantly, made it out to me within 24 hours from my first phone call to him. I am very pleased with this company and would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you have. This is the way business is supposed to be run and they do a great job of it!
THANK GOD THERE ARE STILL SOME HONEST COMPANIES OUT THERE! I couldnt have been more pleased with my experience with Mr Jeff (owner) and his company A1 Brown Plumbing~! Mr Jeff went out of his way to help me and not charge me an insane amount of money!!! I called around many local plumbing companies for estimates to fix the problem as I am a single mother in a tight financial situation and A1 BROWN PLUMBING was BY FAR the best rate .......THEY SAVED ME HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS and were so Proffessional but most importantly EXTREMELY HONEST....I consider Mr Jeff Brown and A1 Brown Plumbing a blessing from the Lord in a very stressful time of need!!!
The plumber that was sent made my toilet worse than it was when he got here. Then charged me $230 for making my toilet worse and did not give me an invoice. My landlord and I have called multiple time request to speak with the owner or to have the owner call. It’s been almost 2 weeks and the owner has yet to call either of us. VERY BAD BUSINESS!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Called the afternoon before and was promised the first appointment in the morning, as my husband was going in to work late. I was told it would be between 8:30 and 9 and that they would call on their way. At 9:15 my husband called them, and they stated that they now had to stop a few other places first and that it would be around lunchtime. We told them not to bother. This has now made my husband incredibly late to work for no reason without even a courtesy call to explain that they would be 4 hours late.
Call this morning. Shower back up. Jeff and Luke came and did a wonderful job . Highly recommend. Thank you so much.
