“The plumber that was sent made my toilet worse than it was when he got here. Then charged me $230 for making my toilet worse and did not give me an invoice. My landlord and I have called multiple time request to speak with the owner or to have the owner call. It's been almost 2 weeks and the owner has yet to call either of us. VERY BAD BUSINESS!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!”
Failed to show for 8:30-9 AM appointment, pushed to lunchtime without a courtesy call — caused customer's spouse to be hours late for work
