What reviewers praise
Second-opinion diagnosis saved customer from unnecessary full-system reroute; problem solved by drain unclog instead (LTIZRYESwkCUv3Y15DLL)

“5 star plumbing offered high-quality service and customer service. I contacted 5 star plumbing as a second opinion. There was flooding in both bathrooms and I was told (by a different company) I needed to reroute the entire plumbing system. The 5 star plumbing technician Eze arrived promptly, assessed the issues, and unclogged the drain!”
Communication=2 theme hits; Tolly and Amir both praised for upfront price range before starting and clear explanations throughout (MuRRpNshr3Sn9r3cJRuV, q8dh8Hdcf0BuitaO3Gn6)

“He was very straightforward and explained everything to me on the phone as I was not able to be on site. He was able to come earlier than expected and let me know well in advance. He was an excellent communicator and the price was reasonable.”
“The quote they provided was fair and competitive, with no pressure or hidden surprises. What I appreciated most was how open and honest they were in explaining the work and the pricing.”

The evidence — in reviewers' own words
Positive
“Amir was able to move a late afternoon appointment to an earlier, more convenient time. He was prompt and did a good job explaining the issues with my drains. The fix was done pretty quickly and the pricing was fair. I had confidence in Amir’s work.”
“Technician Benjamin was great & came within the hour to fix an emergency compensated supply line to my toilet. He was communicative, kind, & worked to expectations. The price was high, totaling over $350 for the replacement & 50 minutes of labor. It had to be fixed so there was really no opportunity to look elsewhere but I was confident because of the reviews. Overall I’d consider 5 Star again.”
