it was 700 pm when i called. plumber was here very quick after initial phone call. came out and gave me the options available to fix the clogged drain main drain. Got to it and got it done. Drain fixed. professional and very clean. He deserves a raise. 5 stars.

The Plumber took one look at the situation and in less than an hour he had cleared out the pipes, the adjoining sink and the P-Trap. It was magic… and no more leaks. Rueben was awesome! He fixed the drain pipe. However, the pop-up position is not right and causes water accumulated in sink while at fully open position.

This company sent technicians to my location. After an hour of working with air pressure equipment, they said that there are two spots leaking in the kitchen area underneath the concrete floor despite showing me the evidence. They charged me $600 inspection and leak detection fee. For remedy, they also provided me with two separate quotes for two possible repair options, each costs more than $15K. The next day, I spoke with the San Jose Water Company where the staff walked me online through my actual water consumption's graphical datapoint and the leak portion. There was no leak anymore reported because I had shut down the irrigation valve for the backyard. I had not only been charged for the wrong detection fee but also wanted me to start digging kitchen floor and fix an error which didn’t exist in real life.

I had a very disappointing experience with $15 Sewer and Drain. After installing a new washer, our hot water stopped working and we heard running water behind the walls. We called them for help, but while waiting, we researched the issue ourselves and found it was likely air in the pipes that needed to be bled via a water heater valve. When the plumber arrived, we told him exactly what we found. He simply turned that one valve—a task that took literally 2 seconds—and then charged us $195. Most importantly, he never provided a price upfront, which is completely dishonest. Charging nearly $200 for a 2-second fix without any prior disclosure of the fee is unethical and poor business practice. I do not recommend this company.

The Service tech was able to get to the property within an hour and a half of the service call being placed for an after hours call. He texted 15 minutes prior to arrival and was able to solve the problem in just over an hour, including the time it took to get apart from the store. A stem for the hot water had broken on our shower. The water would not shut off and would’ve had to run full blast overnight if they had not been able to do the repair that evening. I’m grateful for the quick and professional after hours service call.

The service was scheduled quickly after I called for a bathtub sewer backup. Mattis called me when he was about 20mins away and covered his shoes upon entering my house. He checked the sewer cleanout line outside the yard thoroughly and fed a snake into the drain to pull out obstructions. He was so nice to help clean them up with the garden hose and removed the black gunk from my bathtub. Really appreciate it. While process is around 45mins. Would definitely recommend them!

I was very satisfied with the service I received today from $15 S & D. Kevin arrived right on time, and was very courteous and professional. He quickly solved the problem with my kitchen sink drain, and cleaned everything thoroughly upon completion. I have used this company numerous times in the past for my plumbing and drain issues, and am always very satisfied with their excellent work!

The main thing is the electrical problem was solved on the same day I called for service. That was great! There's nothing worse than having to wait for service when there's a plumbing problem. The crew worked hard to solve the plumbing problem and didn't stop until it was done. I was impressed and grateful. The camera into the pipe verified the problem was solved.

Called ahead of time to schedule a clean out! They gave me time between 1-3! Angle the technician called me 15 minutes ahead of showing up! Spend alot of time to make sure he gets the sewer cleaned the whole 100 ft! As usual this company & all the people that work there go above & beyond! I have used this company many times they never disappoint!

The company took a late night call, and had me set up for a morning service, as it was not a time sensitive emergency. The pricing was very up front, and the service was quick, on time, and professional. They gave a few pointers on how to avoid the issue in the future, and did so without being judgy or preachy, which is greatly appreciated.

I have been using $15 for over 10 years now for my plumbing needs. The company is very reliable and is always on time. When making an appointment with $15 I always request MARTIN. He is very knowledgable about his trade and provides great customer service. He's a family man doing honest work to support his family. I respect that.

The price they charged for a clean out $2800, this way higher than other places, and they only provided one year warranty! The supervisor name Sergio tried to rig me off with replace kitchen pipe where is leaking for $4200, other quote me $1700! Don’t go with this one, $15 sewer and drain service is big scammer and rig you off!

Been coordinating with Fifteen Dollar Sewer and Drain and they are very accommodating with requests and almost always do same day service. In case schedule is full, they will have the earliest availability the next day. They also explain the concerns really well and invoice has complete details.
