“I was extremely happy with the service and attention I received from Pacific Coast Home Services. They were able to accommodate me with next day service. Christian was polite, on time, and did an efficient job of removing my 20 year old smoke detectors. He was thoughtful about wearing shoe coverings and provided me with thorough explanations about everything he was doing.”

“This is the most unethical company I have ever dealt with. When my furnace stopped running over the weekend they figured they had me over a barrel. The only pricing they would give when I called was the "there will be no dispatch fee". Since I needed them to more than show up in my driveway, I asked what they would charge to diagnose my problem. The only answer I could pry out of them was "it will depend on what they have to do." No surprise the diagnosis cost was exorbitant.”

He had the system back up and running within 30 minutes. He was friendly, communicative, and respectful - he had to go indoors/ourdoors multiple times to check the units but he always put protective booties on his shoes whenever he entered the house to keep …”
