The evidence — in reviewers' own words
Critical
“5 Stars for the pre-appointment communication and the professionalism of your technician Joseph "Rooky" Duncan. And your Service Vehicle looks great too! Nice wrap job! However, I wasn't hiring you for your service vehicle graphics! 0 Stars for $$$. I had already removed my toilet, cleaned up the old wax ring, identified, and fixed the issue. All I needed was the toilet …”
“DO NOT HIRE! STAY AWAY! (Read More...) I hired this company to fix a leak in a toilet at my Airbnb. The plumber came out, removed the toilet from the floor, located the leak, and charged me around $400 to repair it. That part was fine. The real issue came afterward. Without telling us in advance, the plumber left the property with the toilet completely removed from the floor, sitting unattached in the bathroom. …”
“Tyler was the plumber they sent. Very professional and completed work in less than a half hour for a leaky pipe under kitchen sink. Charge was reasonable. We requested a quote for replacement of our kitchen hot water dispenser. Quote was for $2,500!! We only needed tank replaced and they came back with a $1,800 quote for that installation. We declined! We ordered tank on Amazon for $359 and called another …”
Positive
“I had a water line break in a terrible spot under my house. You couldn't reach it from the crawl space and there was only a 20" hole in the foundation to access this pipe. Tyler came out in a Sunday and worked most of the day to fix it, but when the line repressurized, I went from having a small leak to a broken pipe. He told me that he was confident he could fix it but he needed a tool and some fittings he couldn't …”
“I called to confirm a quote first thing in the morning and Matt and Tyler, we're able to be at our property at 1pm and had the whole new water heater install completed by 5:30. Additionally they upgraded our 40 gallon tank to a 50 free of charge as the 40 was unavailable on the day! Great, fast service and everything is working brilliantly. Thank you both we will definitely use 1-Tom-Plumber again!”
