Our 85 year old home has old steel pipes. I was draining dishwater from kitchen sink and water pouring out the basement ceiling. My husband ran upstairs to see what I had done. An hour later (now midnight) he had sawed thru back of under-sink cabinetry and found a rust hole in original drain pipe. The pipe turned a sharp left behind dishwater and down to basement. We knew it would require more than my husband to do all this repair. I checked BBB and Google reviews and 1-Tom Plumber had excellent comments. I made an appointment and Brad was out the next a.m. He did a thorough inspection of the problem and worked out an estimate with the office. He said the job was going to take a big chunk of the day as well as another worker. We paid $99 for his time and efforts. Once we agreed to the work to be done, this money was deducted from our total when the job was done. Brad and Parker did a TON of working; moving dishwasher and stove away from wall, checking roof vents, installing and removing pipes. About 6 hours and everything looked good. Even though the job entailed more work than expected, the estimate stayed the same. This really made a good impression on us. So very satisfied with the professionalism and the skill level shown by these young men. Thanks so much.

I originally had Brad come over to check my hot water heater to see if it needed replaced. After getting quotes on that, I actually had a leak in another room that I had him check while he was here. He was able to take care of the leak in just that visit, which took a lot of anxiety off of me. He then made a return visit to install a new hot water tank. The service was excellent. He was kind, he educated me and he kept the job clean the whole time. I will most definitely be a repeat customer, Not just because of the great service, But because I was able to trust the person performing the work. After being scammed in the past by other contractors, It’s nice to finally be able to say I can trust at least one.

My family was in need of a pluming company and a friend of mines told me call 1 ton plumber . I called the dispatch ( Jennifer ) was amazing and another young lady I spoke with. So (Jacob) came out on 2/1 . He was so professional young man took his time found out the problem fixed the leak it was a drain issue we was having . He was so patient and he had several other jobs to go but you would have thought we was it the way he made sure he resolved the issue … Great experience!! I don’t even do review but this one was well deserved 💯💯💯💯💯💯 and he cleaned up 💯

Don’t waste your money!

Tom None Plumber more like. After spending close to $400 for drain cleaning we felt like we were had! No more than 14 days later we had the same problem. No support from the manager, Joe or the company for backing up their work with some type of guarantee! They just offered to give us a less than ideal discount to come back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will leave you with more problems!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently contacted 1 Tom Plumber regarding a leak from a pipe in my ceiling, and I was extremely impressed with the service I received. Prior to calling 1 Tom Plumber, I had scheduled same-day appointments with two other plumbing companies. Unfortunately, both were unable to honor their commitments, citing scheduling incompetence and technician delays eventually needing to reschedule for the following day. This was unacceptable considering I was an “Advantage” member with one of the companies. As a result, my family was significantly impacted, as our home's water remained shut off for more than seven hours due to inability of these other two companies to show up as promised. When I contacted 1 Tom Plumber, they assured me a technician would arrive within the hour. Not only did they keep their promise, but Brandon K. arrived a few minutes earlier than the anticipated timeframe. Brandon was professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. He quickly identified and resolved the issue while taking the time to provide helpful recommendations and answer my questions. Throughout the repair, he was very respectful of my house and ensured everything was clean before departing. I greatly appreciate the responsiveness, reliability, and quality of service provided by Brandon and the team at 1 Tom Plumber. I would not hesitate to use their services again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing repairs.

They have replaced both my outdoor faucets, installed turn off valves for my bathtub, repaired my kitchen sink leak, put in a toilet, converted a standard vanity sink to a wall mounted laundry sink. They have been patient on holding off finishing their work until other contractors completed their work(countertop folks) first. They have come out to address unfounded concerns of other contractors. (The other contractors wanted pipes to moved where a stud existed. They patiently explained that the faucet is adjustable and the current pipe configuration will work with the adjustable mounting feature of the faucet. No stud removal was required.) They are friendly and approachable, always taking the time to explain their work. Highly recommend.

Dylon and Dwight Just finished up installing a 50 gallon gas water heater at my home. Both were very professional and finished the job in a timely fashion. I’ve used 1 Tom Plumber in my professional capacity and I’m just as happy using them at my home. I appreciate the customer service notifications notify me of their arrival. And they cleaned up the work area and removed the old water heater after the job was completed. I would definitely recommend them for any personal or professional plumbing needs. And most importantly, their estimate for labor beat two Others competitors buy a lot! I purchased the water heater from Lowe’s.

Our old water heater started having carbon monoxide issues today (Sunday May 31st). After the fire department used fans to get the gas out and shut everything off we called 1 tom plumbing. Brandon showed up promptly and diagnosed the problem rather quickly. We made an appointment to have a new water heater instal done tomorrow. I was very impressed about how honest and professional he was and how helpful he was with arranging financing. I would highly recommend this company and Brandon to anyone needing service. 2 thumbs up from us.

Had company dispatched guy came i had a cog pipe dude said I had busted pipe he ran snake clean out an 100 feet of line still plugged they charged me $299 then quoted me $3600 to replace 5 foot of pipe i called an local plumber he came out pipe was not busted had no holes in pipe was clogged other guy clean pipe jet hot water pressure an install 2 clean outs every working well he charge me $1500 better price before you get a plumber call around first

Roger and Adam were prompt (called at 8:45 as 15 minutes out for a 9:00-11:00 scheduled window), professional and knowledgeable. They answered my questions and were happy to take a look and give their opinion about a few different services. They replaced my water heater same day and answered my questions about how to take care of it and how to choose a good water heater for our household. Highly recommend!

Totally professional quality work and done when stated for a reasonable price. New water heater and water treatment system installed today and totally satisfied. Brad the plumber gave us an estimate and he came back and installed the job which was great to have the same guy both bid and do the work. I have had One Tom plumbing do all my work over the past 2 years and they are fantastic.

We had a sewer line backup in our basement over the holiday weekend. 1 tom plumber was able to send someone out the same day. Joe Hull was our technician and he was super helpful. He explained everything going on and was able to get our line cleared and back in working order until we can get more permanent repairs. Cannot say enough positive things. Thank you!!

Andy was very helpful and figured out the problem with our water heater leaking. He stopped the leak and didn’t try to sell us anything or pressure us into anything we didn’t need. He even dropped off almost half the price because he was able to re use parts to fix it. Will be requesting him next time we need a plumber. Great guy and great worker.

Brad came out on a Saturday morning and quickly fixed our burned out sump pump. He was quick and saved our basement from flooding. Then Joe came out later that day and cleaned out clogged downspout drains which were causing massive water backup in our yard. He was great and did a thorough job. Both guys were awesome! Highly recommend.
