From the very beginning Thomas, Cooper, & Lily were responsive, professional, knowledgeable, resourceful, & really good at their work. Cooper showed us the scope view of our sewer pipes. He & Thomas helped us understand the approach alternatives, estimated timing of our project, & recommended approach choice for reasons that showed they heard our concerns about our sewer pipes. They were honest & communicative throughout our project. Lily was a delight as she coordinated workers & facilitated connections, parts, completions, etc. They are an amazing team! We also benefited from Cooper's fixing 2 fresh water pipe leaks before mold occured; he also attached a device on our 2 water heaters to help turn off the water if there was ever to be a water heater burst. The home inspector had recommended that when we bought our 1974 built house. 'Very grateful for this plumbing team & we will definitely call them the next time we have a plumbing need!!

Having this plumbing inspection saved me a lot of money and heartache down the road. Was looking at buying a 1970s house which is known for having cast iron pipes which have a life of 50-75 years. Had normal inspection beforehand and he thought the underneath was redone at some point due to the outs having PCP (not sure if I’m remembering his words right, but what comes out is usually what’s under) but we went the extra mile anyways and got this service to be certain. This one did not survive, was clearly deteriorating. Cost to fix is 30k. One of the most expensive problems to have in home ownership! So thank you 😊

Had a wonderful experience with 1800plumber! Will did an incredible job - issue was assessed and costs to correct them were upfront! He was professional and on time! Just had 1800plumber come out for a second time as our insurance company required us to have an automatic water shut off installed. They promptly got us a quote and were able to install it the next business day once we approved! They made the process SO easy!!

I was so glad I went with them and plan to use them again in the future. Cooper was great! I had four drains that needed to be looked at and he said two of them were actually fine and it was the shape of the sink as well as the water pressure in one of the other sinks. So he didn’t charge me for those drains just the two that were clogged. Very trustworthy and professional and extremely nice to work with. Will definitely use again if we have any plumbing issues.

I had a great experience with this plumbing company! Chris was the plumber who came out to remove some old cast-iron piping, and he did an outstanding job. They were incredibly prompt, professional, and efficient from start to finish. The work was clean, fast, and done right the first time. It’s not easy finding reliable trades these days, but these guys really delivered. Highly recommend!

My wife and I have engaged three different times for plumbing work from Thomas, Andrew and Cooper over the last three months. All on different houses and it’s been an excellent experience each time. We recently had smell of potential leaking gas out of one of the connections and they were there within 30 minutes after 9 o’clock at night. Totally impressed with this crew!
