Absolutely fantastic experience with fast service. Professional and courteous. Explained options to explore the unknown and derive the best solution for the case to minimize cost as well. An amazing job well done quickly and cleanly.
I’ve used Zoom both times and had an excellent experience. I will always use them if I have similar issues. The techs are knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and helpful. Great company.
Conor came out and did an amazing job clearing my sewer clean out pipe. Had Adam home services out prior and they couldn’t get it unclogged and wanted to charge way more and do more work than necessary. Couldn’t recommend them more. Very honest and knowledgeable.
I wish my experience was a 5 star experience, but I instead my experience was a 5 star elsewhere. NOTE: I had flowing water out to the main sewer the whole time. The issue was a periodic gurgling sound a few seconds after flushing the toilet. Zoom came out and attempted to run a camera and a water jet down my cleanout. They were unable to do either, because there is a J trap just after the cleanout line. The tech did try to run a kitchen sink snake with a cutter on the end but lost it on what may or may not be a block. - Enter my problem with Zoom. - Later, the township comes to inspect the sewer line. Well, unknown to me. There is a second cleanout line! However, this second service line does not allow access back to the J trap. BUT it does allow access to another section of the line. Fast forward: Zoom comes back out to give me estimates for repair. I then explain that another part of the line can be accessed. The tech puts a camera down the 2nd cleanout and confirms that there is still consistent flow BUT there are roots near the end of my property line and the townships. Of course, there mostly in my property. However, the roots STILL allow water by BUT could easily could snag debris. Zoom offers a $6,000 to $10,000 repair. Which maybe still needed. I asked can we just remove the roots while I gather money. The tech says YES but your already $600 into this why pay more for root removal. Folks, I'll stop here. I completely agreed because I didn't know any better. Enter the blessing as I see it. The township randomly comes back. Sees the roots in our property and blasts them away with a powerful water jet. There reason is it's close enough to there area of responsibility. Just wow! The flow of water is even better. They even said they would return and apply herbicides if the roots returned. - Why couldn't Zoom have just offered to return and blast those same roots that they saw and that a water jet could have removed? This is what I had initially paid for.
MJ, the technician, was very professional & knowledgeable. He offered options to fix my drain problem. I trusted in what he recommended, agreed to have the work done, & was very satisfied with the outcome. He also took the time to explain the details of the job, and answer any questions that I had. Great job! Satisfied customer 👍
