One thing I really liked about him that made me gained his trust is that he told me that my water was hard, but the pH was good, and my other numbers were good as well. I feel that other companies would skew those numbers just to sell you more than you need. I appreciate the honesty and candor. I fully intend to use Z Plumberz for my plumbing needs.
