Z PLUMBERZ

I had a leak coming from my ancient kitchen faucet. I called ZPlumberz in late afternoon and Angel was here at 9:00am the next day, quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced(and went to purchase) the entire faucet component and three stop valves. I instantly felt at ease with her. She knew her stuff, was meticulously neat and careful and respectful of property. I was back in business by noon! I had complete faith in her knowledge and expertise. I will be requesting Angel if I have ANY further plumbing issues. She was awesome.

Very happy with Z Plumberz with how quickly they were able to come out, the quality of the work, and how kind everyone, especially Angel, was during the process. She walked us through our options and costs, was happy to explain what would be done and why for any of the variations and took the time to walk through the process needed for long term care of the repair.

I had a great experience with Z Plumberz. Brian and Kai came out to replace my old cast-iron vent pipe that goes through the roof from the attic. The job was especially difficult because my roof space is very low, and they actually had to crawl a long distance inside the attic to reach the pipe location. Despite how challenging the work was, they stayed patient, professional, and careful throughout the entire process. You could clearly see they took pride in doing the job correctly instead of rushing it. I really appreciated their effort and workmanship. I’m very happy I chose Z Plumberz and would absolutely use them again. Highly recommended!

I have some big issues with this job. First, when I questioned their price, which I thought seemed high, I was told they expected the job to take "about 1 week or less". That might justify the number they gave me. But, it only took 2 days. For most of my time as a manufacturing engineer at one of the "Big Three", part of my duties included specifying construction jobs and working with contractors. I figured the job should have been around 62% of what they charged. Shame on me for not getting a couple more bids. They took absolutely NO precautions to protect my lawn, driveway, or front sidewalk. Other contractors typically put down plywood and tarps. After they filled in the dig area, I was left with sand all over the adjacent areas of the lawn, varying in depth up to about 2" - thick enough to kill the grass. A small area of my driveway concrete was broken loose, and the front sidewalk is cracked, with part of the slab pushed down enough to leave a small trip hazard. When I questioned them about making it right, they said that the estimate specified there would be no landscaping or concrete repair. From this, my assumption was damage in the dig area was part of the job, to be expected. That is true. What I didn't expect was that their interpretation exempts them from taking due care during the job, and cleaning up afterwards.

After waiting a whole week for a company to fit me in due to frozen pipes, I thought all hope was lost, but then I called Z PLUMBERZ and Stephanie sprang into action, securing an appointment for the very next day! Remarkably, just two hours later, she called back with the incredible news that a plumber would arrive the same day! Within an impressive 30 minutes of Chad's arrival, the water was flowing freely again! Exceptional customer service and satisfaction that truly exceeded expectations!!
