I had a leaking water heater. Richard came out and gave a free estimate. I got 4 estimates. Al's was competitive with the others. John and Drew came right on time, were friendly, informative, and done within 1 1/2-2 hrs. with the installation, clean-up, and removal of the old one. I couldn't ask for more! My old water heater failed late on a Thursday night, I chatted on the website on Friday morning, spoke with a rep on Friday afternoon, and had new water heater installed and working perfectly on late Saturday morning. Everyone was friendly and informative. I'm really happy I chose them.

Service call from scheduling to completion was top notch! My initial call was promptly handled and the service call scheduled to occur within a day! The technician arrived on time and the work of replacing a leaking pressure relief valve pressure relief valve (T&P valve) was performed professionally and for a fair price. There was no upselling of unnecessary services. I had Al's install the present water heaters about 10 years ago and will call them when the present water heaters eventually need replacement.

Al's was great! Realized we had a small leak in our 20 year old water heater so we called Al's. They were very helpful and explained our options for replacement. The new water heater was installed 2 days later and we couldn't be happier. Great price and they took care of all the permits/inspections.
