Alessandro and Joey were top notch professionals, explained thoroughly everything they were doing, checked out other issues in my home, and finished both jobs quickly! Highly recommend, will definitely use them again.
Dan and Anthony and their assistants were terrific. They were friendly, accommodating, and prompt. They answered my questions fully and arranged for and oversaw the necessary electrical work to install the new electric water heater. A great experience.
Very friendly and knowledgeable. Explained everything that was going on and pointed out some other things happening that need to be addressed. Very satisfied with the support. While I can't say that this was the cheapest visit. I can't say that it's overpriced either. The smooth installations, professionalism, cleanliness, and overall kindness that I received was worth it. I will be having Alessandro back for future repairs.
Dan was incredibly professional. He arrived on time (same day call—he was at our home an hour after we called!) and was extremely helpful. He was thorough in his inspection of our issue, interfaced with Berkshire Gas on our behalf, and didn’t charge us for unnecessary things. He was extremely kind to us and talked through everything to be sure we understood what was needed every step of the way. He also gave us a recommendation for an HVAC person and offered to be available to speak with them as we continue to triage our issue. Would highly recommend Dan for your plumbing needs.
Fixed my clogged shower drain in minutes. Came slightly outside of the appointment window and didn't call like I was told they would, also outrageously expensive at $446 to spend 3 minutes snaking ~2ft worth of easily accessible pipe, but I guess you're paying for expertise. Friendly and explained to me everything they were doing.
