Called him out twice in the past two weeks with 2 separate issues. My first issue was basically in the middle of the night. He came in less than a hour and fixed my issue with an affordable price. He came back again and did the same. Less than an hour and fixed my issue with no problem.

My tenant in Pembroke furnace went out during the night, I called WiseWay and the technician came out right away and fixed the furnace right away. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks again for doing a great job.

Please read do not use this company for any reason. Wish I could rate your company lower. You deserve 0 stars. Last December, Trevor came to troubleshoot my furnace. He replaced parts costing over $1400. Left me without a working furnace. Stopped all communications, so I had to sue him. I won, but he never showed up. Never responded to the court order. I believe he will never refund me for his misdiagnosis. By the way, Trevor, I am reporting you to the better building bureau. I want the money you owe me. Please respond. I will copy the court order to this post. I have given you months to respond in any way. This is ridiculous.

* WARNING * AVOID THIS COMPANY THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN A SIMPLE FAN REPLACEMENT.The person who came to my house made countless mistakes and made excuses instead of taking responsibility. Installed the wrong motor too big for the unit. Bent the fan blades to make it fit. Wired everything back incorrectly. Wired directly to short. Capacitor wired incorrectly. Compressor wired incorrectly. Shorted out fan control board in front of my eyes and claimed that it was the problem all along, After he blamed the compressor. The gentleman claimed to be the owner operator of the company. He also told me that he would be out the next day with his mentor and ensure the unit would be fixed. And he said if it was his fault he would own up to it and take care of it. Needless to say he did not contact me after he left my house which was not a surprise to me. I understand people make mistakes, we all do. But to be dishonest and and make excuses for your failure to do the job. Not to mention damaging the unit further is unacceptable. All the repairs that were done incorrectly was explained to me by the next technician I had come out to my house a couple days later. He was a professional, he showed us everything that WISE did wrong. I have inclosed photos to show you what happened including the write-up from the next technician explaining it.
