These guys are great! They have done several jobs for me including plumbing a remodeled primary bath. This time they ran a gas line to the kitchen in my new home and fixed a leak that was coming from the tub upstairs to my laundry room downstairs. They also installed my gas range. Brendan, Matt, and all the others do excellent work and are a pleasure to work with.

Excellent company! Professionalism and customer service is top-notch. After being told by Atmos energy that I had a gas leak and them shutting my gas off I had called another company originally, and after that company came out I was very uncomfortable with them and the plumber they had sent out. I felt like it was just a money grab. So I called this company on a late Saturday afternoon and they still answered the phone and answered all of my questions patiently and without rushing me. My gas was already turned off, so there was nothing they could do until Monday as far as getting it fixed and back on. They showed up on time and after testing the line told me that in fact, I did not have a leak. Atmos came back out and turned the gas back on. And Wasden then drove back over and double checked everything just to ease my mind. They were honest and extremely understanding of my concerns. Would definitely recommend them to anyone that asked for a plumber recommendation

Matt and his crew made it out to my house same day, (earlier than expected - which I appreciated) and replaced my busted pipe in 5 minutes! I thought there was going to have to be some demo involved to reach the leak, but nope! They got in there and fixed it like it was nothing, demo free!! Great service!

The technician addressed the problem that we had in an efficient manner. Our issue was the pricing of the service that was rendered. When we made the appointment, we were not told that it would be a minimum charge of $211. The work that was done took a total of 11 minutes! They need to be clear on their prices moving forward.

i have used Wasden Plumbing since they started and Jonathan di the work. I called because there is a loud noise similar to air in the pipe that is frequent, migrates around house, and feels like the house is shaking. they sent two men that could not find any thing and blamed a jacuzzi that had a burnt out motor. since the were there and it was a waste of time I asked them to fix / put in flushing component. they did not have on truck(?) and were gone to box store three miles away for an hour. that was another charge. These men were not plumbers, which I specified. the evidence is that they have to come back tomorrow and fix the part that won't quit running. $233 to change a part that Richardson Helpers do free. very disappointing since the priorities are not what they were. I feel like a victim of a smash and grab.

I've wanted to install a whole home backup generator for a long time. I live in an older part of Dallas and the electrical lines are overhead and not in great shape. It was complicated because of the proximity of the gas and electrical lines to the electrical meter. I reached out to a number of companies and was always discouraged when they told me it couldn't be done easily. I had used Wasden before and have used one of their master plumbers, Rocky, on a number of jobs when he worked elsewhere. I called and asked them to come take a look. In the end, they offered a solution that worked out nicely. They ran a gas line from the meter, through my back yard, under a sidewalk, through the garage and right at the meter. The pipe in the garage is not an eyesore. The trench through my backyard won't be noticeable in the Spring. On top of it all, Jonathan, the owner, figured time and materials which was several hundred dollars lower than the original bid. My original budget on the project was $24,000. Because of Wasden and some other fancy footwork, the ending price of the project was $17,600. I had a lot of issues with this project, mostly due to the City of Dallas, but in the end, everything worked out. I would highly recommend Wasden for your plumbing projects.

Great service at a reasonable price. I needed to replace two old water heater tanks with one Rinnai tankless (this is a huge deal since they typically install another brand - but we're great at installing exactly what I wanted without giving me a hard time). They were responsive to my inquiry, came out and looked at the space and walked me through what needed to be done. On the day of the appointment, the team came out on time, did a good job communicating, did what they said they would do for the price they quoted me (no update or upcharge. There was a slight miscommunication on the drain pan and after discussing internally, honored what was previously agreed to- this meant a lot of following through with their word without giving me grief about it. They left my space clean. I did have to reprogram the unit to activate the circulation pump, but I did my homework and always trust but verify. Overall, I would definitely recommend and am happy to refer. It takes a lot for me to give 5 stars and they deserve it and my hard earned money.

Matt Jackson, their service manager met me at my property because I had a meter spinning at my duplex at half a gallon per second when the water was turned on. I had heard the meter ticking, but didn’t see the display on the screen. He showed me how to make the display pull up, and it actually showed no flow. There was no leak. How it was ticking before and then stopped is beyond me, but it seems there was no problem. I felt terrible that I had called him to come out when there was indeed no leak. He still stayed to manually test just in case the meter had gone bad, by manually testing with a water pressure gauge inside. if there is a leak when the meter is holding pressure, and even showed me preventative maintenance items that can help prevent sewer backups, and didn’t charge at all for the trip out. Very knowledgeable, very professional, and I cannot recommend enough!

My husband and I are particular when it comes to letting people work on our home, but we will always call Wasden plumbing anytime we need a plumber. We will not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and neighbors. Wasden’s customer service is amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed speaking with Jonathan Wasden and his wife. We felt as if we were friends and not a business transaction. His team, especially Tyson and Hayden, were absolutely wonderful! The did an amazing job changing the location of our hot water heater to our attic, installing our new tankless, installing our whole home water filtration system and bypass, and installing our Moen water monitor and shutoff. Tyson and Hayden promptly answered and addressed any questions or concerns that we had. They were extremely informative and kind, their attention to detail was impeccable, and they left the area immaculate.

We have had great experiences with Wasden Plumbing every time we have called them. From the moment we called, their customer service was friendly and professional. Our most recent experience was definitely above and beyond our expectations for quick service. Matt made time in his schedule to go check out the situation that day and explain the issue to us. He sent a plumber out the next morning and the repair was completed efficiently. Prices have always been fair and transparent — no surprises. Their promptness, integrity, and honesty are truly an asset to their company. We will be using them again for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, quality service.

So, the tank on the toilet was leaking due to it being loose. Wasden was great! I called on Saturday to schedule an appt for Monday. They asked what the problem was and when I explained it, he actually offered to come by right then to make sure the water was off so I wouldn't have to deal with standing water in there for 2 days, which I thought was above and beyond nice! So Jonathon came within 10-15 minutes, made sure the water was off and it wasn't leaking and left to go to Ft Worth. I can't say enough about how good and efficient Aaron and helper were this morning - they got it done in about 30 minutes so I could get to work. Wasden is definetely my go-to plumbers!

Yeah, these guys did a great job. I woke up to a carpet soaked with water, and we discovered a pipe had burst in the wall of our main bedroom. It was completely flooded. I got Wasden Plumbing‘s number from a friend who had used them before, and they had given them a high review, so I called within 24 hours. They arrived quickly, and Matt and Braedan came out. They worked efficiently, professionally, and politely. They took care of my property, made all the repairs for a reasonable price, and I was very happy with the results. They also recommended an excellent restoration service. These guys do a great job, and I would definitely call them anytime I have plumbing issues.

Ok sorry for the late posts however I thought I had posted it but it was never sent I must say this is one of the most professional accurate sufficient awesome wonderful spectacular plumbing companies I've ever seen in my life. And to top it off Matt is just the cream of the crop he's just superb he knew exactly what he was doing he is a perfectionist I would never choose another plumbing company if you guys are looking for a plumber I would definitely choose these guys they were such a blessing to my mom and I and definitely a blessing for my soul thank you guys so much all forever be grateful for the work that you guys did...

The Wasden team are real experts. They were able to recommend a great solution when my gas water heater needed to be replaced. I was able to save a significant amount of money, and I now have a system that literally handles double the capacity of the previous system in less than half the space. The team's knowledge and experience is apparent in the way they evaluate problems, propose solutions, and execute the work. I will continue using Wasden for any future plumbing services I need. I will also be recommending them to anyone looking for a plumber.

GREAT SERVICE!!! Our gas company had come earlier in the day to look for a gas leak but would not come inside due to Covid19. The gas company left the house with the gas turned off and told me i needed to find a plumber to go inside and identify the leak before they would turn the gas to the house back on. Jonathan Wasden came to my rescue!! He was over IMMEDIATELY to help. He found and repaired the gas leak in the attic and I was able to get my gas turned back on the same day. Great service and would recommend to anyone!
