I had Walters & Hemming fix a broken pipe near my shower drain. Initially, the repair wasn't quite right and when I called to discuss the problem, they were very gracious and agreed to redo the repair. The second gentleman (Matt) did a fantastic job and even offered suggestions on how to be sure the new piping was secure along with some great tips on tile work I'm beginning. This is a great business with class people!

We needed a new boiler at our church parsonage, so I contacted Jason at Walters and Hemming Plumbing and Heating, Traverse City, Michigan . He was very prompt at coming out and giving us a quote. The quote was very reasonable and the job was done in a reasonable amount of time . I forgot the names of the two technicians that did the work, but they were very knowledgeable , courteous , and professional . The installation was done in a neat and timely manner and for the price quoted. We are very pleased with the whole experience and highly recommend Walters and Hemming for all your plumbing and heating needs.

My furnace broke down and Walters and Hemming were to the rescue. They temporarily fixed my broken boiler (so I didn't have to be cold or live without hot water) while Jason ordered a new one. They got me on the schedule and Ben and Luke did an outstanding job replacing my boiler system in only one day. They fixed my chimney and capped it; the way it always should have been. Thank you to Jason for making me feel like he genuinely cared about my family and our comfort. He was honest, dependable, and priced fairly. Thank you for your wonderful service. Unbelievable knowledge, service, and just a well-run business. I have worked with Jason on many occasions and he has been my primary consultant on anything HVAC as we are restoring a mid-century modern home with a boiler heating system. He has personally come out to my house and spent time advising me. Additionally, we have had other services completed by W & H and they have all been absolutely great and the techicians have been attentive and solution-focused.
