I had a boiler issue and called Moore Mechanical. They were booked for the day but found a way to fit me in. Scott came out and quickly fixed my boiler. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.

I really appreciated the time Matt and Shane took to troubleshoot my heating issue, explain it to me, answer questions, and offer solutions. I also had a good experience scheduling and confirming details with their admin team as well. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly and I would call them again if I had another issue!

Moore mechanical is very unethical in their Service Billings. They charge to point the truck in the direction of the service call then they have another charge to actually do the work and then they have a 6,700% markup on their material. They literally charge $204 each for a half inch PEX coupling that cost $3. If you Google the company you'll find out they have complaint after complaint after complaint and even the employees complain about the company and the miscommunication that's happening within. I don't honestly know why anyone would use them. If you don't believe this Google the company and read it for yourself

Amazing service from Moore Mechanical agains his summer! This is the second time we have needed their help and second time we have been amazed! It started with Adam getting us the info needed and continued with their techs communicating well and performing the needed work flawlessly! We appreciate the local service and support! First time, AC unit work and the second, new faucet, garbage disposal & under sink plumbing all cleaned up and professionally installed!
