Jake and his team did a great job from beginning to end. I called them and they came out the same day to quote replacement of my water heater. Jake did not pressure me, he told me the benefits of having a standard water heater to a heat pump. He even gave me his personal opinion. After days of me sending him a million questions and him answering all of them with no bias, I made a decision. Once I decided he was here the next day to install and the entire installation took 2 hours. Jake hauled away the old and left zero mess for me to clean up. I messaged them late at night expecting no reply, but they responded, calmly helped me shut off the water, and showed up first thing in the morning to fix the issue. Let me start by saying after contacting 5 or 6 plumbing contractors, Rich and Jake were the only ones to get back to me. They came out to see what the job I wanted to have done entailed. Needed single sink vanity converted into a new double sink vanity. They looked it over and said they could do it. They quoted me what I thought was a very good price. John there helper, came over to complete the job. Let me say he did an outstanding job. He was very professional. Tested the system to ensure everything worked and there were no leaks. Cleaned up when finished. Very happy with the results. Would recommend highly.
