“Freddys came to my house and replaced my water heater on 1/27/2026. I paid him $1542.00 in cash, in full before he finished the job, He left behind the old water heater full of water in my basement. I was told his pump was left in the truck overnight and was frozen. He said he'd come back and take care of it. I called him last week he said he would come back and finish the job but didn't show up. I tried to call …”
